1  Economy / Currency exchange / Looking to BUY $205 of BTC using PayPal [ESCROW] on: February 25, 2015, 04:08:58 AM
I want to buy $205 of Bitcoin using PayPal. I'm well aware of how PayPal works concerning chargebacks and such, so an escrow WILL be used. Whoever is willing to do this may choose escrow if we can agree on a reputable one (I have heard tomatocage is best).
2  Economy / Invites & Accounts / [SELL]Netflix Accounts - 1-3 Month Support on: October 01, 2014, 03:35:28 AM
I am selling access to Netflix accounts. These accounts are provided by hosts who are allowing access to their accounts.

Terms: You are not allowed to change the account password, or any account information (billing, login, preferences, adding or removing shows from My List, etc.) These accounts are provided for GENERAL VIEWING ONLY.

If the host for whatever reason changes their password or disables their account, I will provide a new account if something cannot be worked out with the host. This is where the support factor comes in. Accounts will be renewed or changed for the paid period. For example, if one month is paid for, and an account goes bad before the 30 day period is up, if I cannot work something out with the host, I will provide a new set of login details.

Login details are subject to last past the support period!

Pricing:
1 Month: $2 (Normally $8.99)
2 Months: $4 (Normally $17.98)
3 Months: $5 (Normally $26.97)
As you can see, this is much cheaper than paying for your own account.

I will not offer longer periods to protect both you and I. I do not know if I will be doing this for longer than 8 months or so. If a longer period is desired, a price higher than the standing structure will be offered. I do not want to end up not being able to fulfill a long term contract.

There are no refunds, as these accounts are not only subject to last longer than the paid period, and logins will always be provided throughout the period. Accounts are always checked before being provided. All accounts are sent over PM.

Credentials: For those who are worried about trust and such. My history stands. I used to be VERY involved with these forums over a year ago. Had purchased into the first BFL pre-order list for their first generation of products. I used to sell vanity addresses based off of elliptic-curve cryptography. This was very successful. I have made various cryptocurrency trades. Never taken out loans. I am very experienced with how Bitcoin works. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Accounts will be purchased over PM or email to sevenstrykes@gmail.com. I reply within 24 hours. All payment details will be worked out per person.
3  Economy / Marketplace / [WTS] *PRICE REDUCTION* ButterflyLabs August 18 Monarch 600 GH/s Pre-Order on: November 29, 2013, 03:16:33 AM
I am selling a BFL Monarch 600 GH/s pre-order that was placed on August 18th. This order is in the 1st batch "bullet run" so you will be getting one of the first Monarchs on the market. The hyperlinks below show that the bullet run Monarchs were out of stock on August 19th. This means that you will get a head start on mining, as the bulk shipment of monarchs will be shipping a month after the bullet run Monarchs have been delivered.

4  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB]Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 (59359560) [CLOSED] on: October 16, 2013, 10:24:22 PM
I'd like to buy a Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 from NewEgg. I will pay someone 5.20 BTC to pay for, and ship the laptop, which is listed on NewEgg here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834312438

The buyer would need to take screenshots of proof of confirmation of order, and the invoice generated by NewEgg. Bitcoins will be released from an Escrow upon arrival of the product.

I have been unable to buy $800 worth of NewEgg gift cards without paying crazy commissions, so I've turned the community for some help.

7  Economy / Auctions / Auction: ButterflyLabs Little Single SC 30Gh/s [IN HAND] on: September 10, 2013, 10:44:37 PM
I am auctioning off my BFL Little Single ASIC. It runs very closely to 30 Gh/s (Screenshot taken 5:39 CST 9/10/2013 @ http://ow.ly/i/37m4y).

The device is in hand, and will be shipped to the highest bidder at the end of the auction. The auction will end Monday, and the rig will be shipped Tuesday. If any bidder wants escrow, John K will be used, and buyer will pay fees.

Shipping to any location in the inner 48 states of the US will be covered by me. Any other international location, hawaii, or alaska, will be covered by the buyer.

The bidding price will start at 7 BTC. Bid increments of 0.05 only.

To hedge against any worry or concern, my personal information will be given to the buyer, BEFORE I even ship the product. If you want insured shipping, I will halve the shipping cost with the buyer.
8  Economy / Lending / 0.05 BTC loan on: August 30, 2013, 11:27:52 PM
Looking to loan 0.05 BTC for a purchase on BitMit. I have a 30 GH/s ASIC in hand and will pay back tomorrow. I will pay 20% which is 0.06 BTC
9  Economy / Long-term offers / 20 BTC Loan to be paid back by December on: August 13, 2013, 10:53:38 PM
I need a 20 BTC Loan to purchase a KnCMiner Mercury (https://www.kncminer.com/products/mercury) which is a 100 GH/s mining rig. KnCMiner has stated that all orders being paid now will be shipped in October. They also have claims to being able to ship earlier pre orders in September, as they are exiting the testing stage soon.

Collateral: I have a BFL Little Single on hand and currently hashing. If KnCMiner does turn out to be a scam, I will use this until the loan and interest is paid.

I will also provide any information needed to start the loan.

If the KnCMiner rig is received in October, I will be able to pay by December for sure. Here is my calculated math:

The bitcoin difficulty just rose from 35 million to 50 million. If it were to raise 15 million every 2 week period until the second week of october, the difficulty will be: roughly 110 million. I am essentially doubling the difficulty. After running the 100 Gh/s speed, assuming a constant $108 market price and the difficulty of 110000000 in the calculator available here: http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator, I will be clearing $1500. This makes paying back the loan before December 100% possible.

If an investor will be willing to risk 38 BTC to buy the next rig up (KnCMiner Saturn https://www.kncminer.com/products/saturn), I can also work something out there too. Payment would be returned in same time frame due to double the hashrate cancelling out the doubled price.

I would begin $100 weekly payments now though, instead of waiting for the rig to arrive.
10  Economy / Lending / Jaywaka2713's Small BTC Loans | 1 BTC or under | 2 week duration on: August 13, 2013, 03:58:52 PM

I WILL NOT provide loans to build reputation.

2 - 4 Days: 7.5%
5 - 7 Days: 10%
8 - 11 Days: 12.5%

Example: 1 BTC loaned for 5 days at 10%. Payment due at end of loan period: 1.1 BTC.

Overages

11  Economy / Lending / [CLOSED]3 BTC loan on: August 13, 2013, 03:13:19 PM
I am looking to get a 3 BTC loan for an auction on a Little Single that ends in 10 minutes. I own my own Little Single that I have in hand, and would be able to pay back the loan by August 31 easy. I'll even pay 20% interest. Sadly, the time is restricted for this.

Auction Closed. I didn't expect someone to come through in time. That was a fault on my end.
12  Bitcoin / Hardware / BFL Little Single SC *was* greatly underperforming [RESOLVED] on: August 06, 2013, 03:18:53 AM
I just received my Little Single SC today and after a few hours of testing I have noticed something peculiar. It started running at 25 GH/s fairly quickly and then all of the sudden dropped to 20 Gh/s, then dipped to 15 Gh/s, then rose to 21 Gh/s and has been there since. My order was paid July 31, 2012. I was entitled to a 30 Gh/s device. So based off the fact that I am not getting 30% of my hashrate, I am not happy. I will run it all night and will update this with what the speed is. I was just wondering is someone knows why it is underperforming. I am running it using BFGMiner on the 50BTC pool. It is also running fairly cool too.

Read post where I resolve this issue here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=268721.msg2878313#msg2878313
13  Other / Off-topic / I need help with a song mix! on: July 19, 2013, 12:02:25 AM

Figured I would post it here to get more exposure. There is a payment to be given.
14  Economy / Marketplace / I need someone with DJ or Song Mixing experience. [0.175 BTC prize] on: July 18, 2013, 11:42:06 PM
So I have been working on trying to get a song mix finalized, but I am having some issues with one single aspect of remixing and making mashups: Transitions. I need someone who was or is a DJ or someone who has had experience mixing song or making mashups to help me out. The mashup I am making has about 6 songs. So you are pretty much making roughly $1.50 for setting a transition between each of the songs. So far, I have one transition to be worked on. If necessary, I will be requesting help with the other ones.

So basically, I am paying someone 0.10 BTC for them to add transitions that basically sound good. You can use whatever audio clips you like. NOTE: You may not have to do the 6 song transitions necessary. But you will do no more than 6. I will come to you as I need help, and this mix will take no longer than 3 weeks to complete max. Realistically it will only take a few days, but these next two weeks are a little iffy. PAYMENT ONLY GIVEN IF TRANSITION SOUNDS GOOD.

The only condition that I have is that this is done in Audacity. I considered purchasing Ableton, and yes I know that would be better for remixing and DJing in live situations, but Audacity is free, and that's what I'm using right now. All of this work will be done using the project files, so you will be able to fade or move the tracks I need to have transitions on to your liking.

I will pay an extra 0.075 BTC is you simply write up in detail the how, what, when, where and why to how you do your transitions. Basically, I'll pay you 0.075 BTC just to know your thought process and how you go about it. The person remixing is the only person that can receive this. It also isn't mandatory.

The current songlist is:
Zedd - Clarity
Icona Pop - I Don't Care OR Justin Bieber - Beauty and a Beat

The latter songs will be released as I need help.
15  Economy / Marketplace / I want to rent hashtime on someone's rig or farm, but it's not for mining. on: July 12, 2013, 10:51:50 PM
Title above. I want to specifically run vanitygen software on a rig that is able to get 100 Mkey/s or more. Depending on your speed depends on how long I need to rent your hardware.

The process would go along the following:

You download vanitygen.
I send you the batch file to operate vanitygen to generate an address to my needs.
You let it run until it is finished, then you send me output.
I pay you for output. (est. 0.01 to 0.05 BTC for your time. this process will take no more than a day)

I will be using vanitygen's split-key generation method, so you won't have access to the address.

If you allow me to run various tests with various batch files and respond with the results (just time required), and you meet my requirements, I will do business with you regularly (25% of profits from myownaddress.openbtcshop.com) and I can add higher prefix amounts. A rate of 150 Mkey/s or more would be required for this.
16  Bitcoin / Hardware / ASIC-Technologies.com Legit? [CONFIRMED SCAM] on: July 03, 2013, 10:16:32 PM
http://www.asic-technologies.com/

I ran across this company in my inbox. Don't know how I got it or where they got my email from. Pulled it up and they offer escrow. 30BTC for a ~9.5 GH/s rig is pretty hefty though.
17  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / I Need Version 0.3.25.1-beta of the Bitcoin software on: July 03, 2013, 04:26:36 PM
Does anyone know where I can find this, or older versions of the Bitcoin software?
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Discussing Bitcoin's future, and increasing its total supply on: July 02, 2013, 08:47:45 PM
I have been thinking extensively about Bitcoin's future and have proposed a few questions to discuss.

1) In 2140 when all of the Bitcoins have been mined, what motivation will miners have to continue mining?
2) After the Bitcoins run out, will the experiment be over? Will we just all move to a brand new Bitcoin 2.0?
3) Will testnet Bitcoins ever have any value?
4) Do you think modifying Bitcoin so that it indefinitely inflates over time would be a good idea?

I personally believe that Bitcoin should not stop inflating. Miners will have almost NO incentive when mining after the block reward is gone. Mining fees aren't high enough and people will have to pay a premium to get their transactions completed. Even if we doubled block halving to 8 years instead of 4, it would help.

Also, do you think a shorter confirmation time will help Bitcoin out as well? As adoption grows and the economy expands, confirmation time needs to change. An hour long confirmation time simply isn't acceptable for the majority of people.
19  Other / Off-topic / Need help with an ASUS G73Jh on: June 25, 2013, 05:41:22 PM
So I am another sad owner of an ASUS G73Jh with a faulty ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 Graphics Card. I have installed every mobility driver version from stock to 10.10e to 13.4 and nothing works when running CGMiner on any intensity. The driver crashes and the card fails, resulting in a BSOD with a 0x00000124 FATAL ERROR or GPU driver failure.

I have looked at the system and have found that it does indeed include a MXM 3.0b card. It's specs are a little off, but I don't use the HDMI port anyways. After days of searching, I have found no solution whatsoever to fixing the graphics driver issue, so I've decided to turn to the best regarding GPU drivers and came here. Does anyone know anything about getting CGMiner to work on an ASUS G73Jh? This laptop model has a HISTORY of failing. Literally every laptop under this model has issues.

I'm also looking to upgrade the MXM 3.0b card. I currently have a faulty stock 5870M card installed. I have been looking into purchasing a MXM 3.0b 7970M similar to the one available here (http://www.ebay.com/itm/CLEVO-P150HM-P151HM-VGA-UPGRADE-KIT-HD7970M-2GB-MXM-3-0b-with-ENDURO-DISABLED-/110998486092?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item19d8067c4c). After another day of searching, I have found that Enduro needs to be disabled, so this card has it disabled. Anyone have any input regarding replacing my card?

I will also pay $100 to have the card installed by someone who is certain they can get it installed and working. I will pay all shipping fees. I would request a copy of your ID before shipping though.
20  Economy / Marketplace / Anyone interested in buying some GH/s from my Little Single? on: June 17, 2013, 04:25:33 PM
Once I get my Little Single, I may consider selling some GH/s off of it to people. Anyone want to make me an offer? Not selling more than 4 GH/s.
