1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WTS: 10-30,000 CAP on: July 17, 2013, 06:33:24 PM
I'm feeling a little heavy in bottlecaps, so looking to move 3 sets of 10k CAP at 3 BTC per 10k. This is mid market average price. PM to do the deal.

(it's also about 10% of all bottlecaps in existence)
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [FRK] Franko Investment? on: July 17, 2013, 10:55:01 AM
I've been researching Franko a lot recently, and have watched it hit circa $1.50 per coin already, even with increasing diff it's rising consistently.

As far as I can tell, roughly 720 new coins can be mined per day (0.25 per block, 30 second target). So it seems to be a simple case that demand does, and will, outweigh supply (even if every coin mined is instantly dumped), which should see the price rising significantly and steadily, along with diff for miners. It's looking to me like double and triple figures could actually be viable for this coin.

Just sanity checking this makes sense, and that it's a good idea for me to be trying to grab as many as I can at this relatively early stage?

10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Jubalix trying to exploit TradeFortress's "Social Experiment" on: June 18, 2013, 11:29:23 AM
Following up on TradeFortress's "Social Experiment" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=206948.0

The Bitcointalk user jubalix ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=83122 ) who holds the ripple address rfTfTpjSUeHjobNZRgTFbpLpwQbZPZYsUK ( see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=206948.msg2177346#msg2177346 ) is now trying to exploit this experiment to buy large amounts of XRP (see https://ripple.com/graph/#rfTfTpjSUeHjobNZRgTFbpLpwQbZPZYsUK ) - thus far unsuccessful.

Just an FYI.

11  Economy / Currency exchange / WTS: bulk XRP on: June 11, 2013, 07:01:14 PM
Bulk units as usual, 100k+ up to 4m max per transaction at a time, multiple currencies but BTC or USD codes preferred.

Trust can be found on my trust page, previous sales threads in my history.

You send first or, multiple batches is fine or, escrow is fine, +2% through a bitmit custom order, or John K if you tip him appropriately.

PM to discuss and complete transaction(s).

Buying several thousand USD worth.

Looking for BTCe or Bitstamp codes.
13  Economy / Currency exchange / WTB: BTC with Skrill (Moneybookers) on: June 05, 2013, 04:03:11 PM
Looking to buy 30-35 BTC with Skrill, paying MTGox weighted average -5%, -4% for quantities over 10.

Skrill escrow is fine but we'd need to adjust price accordingly to cover fees.

Thanks in advance.

15  Other / Meta / Request: Alternative Currency Exchange on: May 30, 2013, 08:25:49 AM
The alternative currency section is getting very unwieldy with the amount of posts and replies, alt currency exchanges keep getting moved in to that section and getting lost in the noise.

Please create an Alternative Currency Exchange section as a child of Alts or Currency Exchange.

Generally I'm a little confused as to why alt currency exchanges keep getting moved out of currency exchange, after all it's called currency exchange and is for dealing with exchanging currencies, one of those currencies will always be something other than bitcoin, and alt->btc is the most common form of alt currency exchange.

Please advise and address.

confused, withdrawn.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bitstamp -> Ripple Hotwallet status. on: May 17, 2013, 06:50:30 PM
Ripple hotwallet status: https://ripple.com/graph/#rrpNnNLKrartuEqfJGpqyDwPj1AFPg9vn1

Check balances for each currency before you withdraw funds to ripple to ensure there's enough. If a ripple withdraw (from bitstamp to ripple) takes more than a few minutes, it means there's a queue which exceeds the hotwallet balance.

I'll update this thread each time I see it refilled (I may not be exactly on time, I'm not tied to the computer!), as a general service to those who are waiting for funds to clear.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / ironcross360 on: May 17, 2013, 04:14:13 PM
He's a scammer: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208351.new#new (inline with the TradeFortress thread)

And he's also a complete PITA, always pestering me for XRP at random prices, changing from buying to selling, forgetting what he's said, just trying to get BTC or XRP from people and will say anything to do so.

Do NOT Trust.
