So a new and fresh looking website pops up - https://www.glbcoin.com/ - for an old shitcoin (GLC). Apparently its traded here..... https://yobit.net/en/trade/GLC/BTCScroll down and you will see a link to ' TheBitBay (New subsidiaries)'. This opens http://thebitbay.org/So, you initially might think along the lines of -- "nice site", "great initiative to merge", "better possibilities for BitBay" etc. etc. Trouble is, the original Dev of Bitbay (David Zimbeck), has absolutely no idea who these people are, and certainly did not enter into any deal involving Global Holdings. David still works on Bitbay, and has done, alone, and without enough funds to do so. But despite all that, Bitbay is about to be pushed/marketed out, with some innovative tech. Whats Global Holdings up to? Is this the new way to clone projects? Is it sabotage? Although the site looks mildly slick, notice the grammar mistakes. But most of all, notice the lack of links on the Bitbay page. They also claim to have set up an entity in the UK. Cant find any details. In fact, there are no verifiable details that i can find anywhere, considering the broad offerings on the Global site. If you know anything about Davids/Bitbay's story, you will know ICO funds were stolen by Bobsurplus, Patrick/Steven Dai, and Lin from BTER, and were going to be used to manipulate the price of Bitbay, for their own enrichment..... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=896480.msg9867986#msg9867986Who owns?..... www.glbcoin.com / http://thebitbay.orgOfficial Bitbay = https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=890531.msg9817399#msg9817399

Just want to relay my recent experiences with Poloniex
I lost access to my registered email address at Poloniex a few months ago. I had email link requirement ticked, for any withdrawals. I therefore have access to the account, but cant withdrawal anything.
On 2nd Feb i sent a message through Poloniex to advise what i need to do to resolve. On the same day, i was told it would be 'escalated'. For 4 days i hear nothing, so on the 6th Feb, i sent another message through Poloniex, and i sent a message to Busoni via this forum. The next day (7th Feb), i receive an apology for delay from Poloniex, and asking for more details of my problem, which i replied to that day. Two days later, on 9th Feb, i am asked to supply screenshots of my account and IP address. I replied that day with requested details. Its now 11th Feb and ive had to send another message through Poloniex, as its all gone silent again, not only from Poloniex, but Busoni has also chosen to not reply to my three messages via this forum, despite him logging in.
Ive always trusted and respected Poloniex/Busoni, but for me, its big red flag time. Nearly 10 days to sort out this relatively simple issue is questionable at best, or something very wrong, at worst.
@Busoni I would like access to my funds today, or is there other issues to consider here?

Wondering what other Brits think about the Bitcoin market in the UK. Specifically, what do you think about not having a professional, fully functioning, recognized Xchange somewhere in the UK, trading high volume GBP/BTC liquidity? From a forward-thinking, enterprising perspective, im kinda thinking that the usual entrepreneurial Brit with funds, has missed this boat a little. Sure, business opportunities in Bitcoin are going to present themselves, as we go on, but currently, im just bombarded with USD biased experiences/interactions, wherever i navigate. Someone correct me if im wrong, but i don't even think https://bitbargain.co.uk/ is UK owned. So, any smart UK centric business bods out there, care to share any current projects. Do you need help? Just a thought, and most definitely not a invitation to swap nationalistic nonsense!
