2  Economy / Lending / 0.1 btc on: July 21, 2016, 12:55:38 PM
Hey guys, I just remembered that I had an account here. I'm in need of a 0.1 btc loan, in exchange I can return 0.11 btc next Thursday. Check this link; https://btcjam.com/users/2634
I used to loan a bit of Bitcoin back in the day and I still have control to that account
I've never posted an address on this so I don't know what I can sign for you, but if possible you can use my account as collateral. I'd like to get back into alt trading and this will help me start up considering the amounts of alts that are going up right now, I'll get paid next week which is what I will pay you back with.
3  Economy / Service Discussion / COINLENDERS - REMAINING DEPOSITORS on: November 21, 2013, 11:21:28 AM
If you want to join a collective Class Action Opportunity: (Because hes stopped communicating/refunds of any kind)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=336217.msg3619427#msg3619427 Even if you have indicated interest, please pm me your email incase of updates/information requests.
Please let me know or voice your interest as it would need agreement from enough people to go ahead.
This is purely to indicate your interest at this stage.

If you do settle, PLEASE PM me or come post here. - also if your balance was NOT listed on dumbfruits old thread please say so when posting!

Due to the limited information being provided by TF - We are having to use the information available to decide whether this liquidation is "fair" - Determine your own meaning of the word fair. It is our responsibility to do this to determine as best we can if this was a horrible mistake or there is indeed foul play.

Or we can let this go 100% unchecked... But people have lost life changing amounts of money here. Yes we all make mistakes.

if you would like to propose an alternate arrangement / settlement for your CL balance email me - I will agree if I believe this will benefit other CL creditors.

TF still claims to be working for the benefit of his users.

Yes, this does contain numerous assumptions but we are using the best available data - if you have evidence to the contrary please share it.

Most people who have already bailed based on the USD price will not all be updating the old thread with compensation amounts and the thread owner DumbFruit has also made a deal so I hope to collect information on the REMAINING deposit holders here.

What I want from you.

  • Your CL Balance with and without interest
  • Confirmation if you were or were not on the original thread
  • Confirmation if you have or have not settled
  • Confirmation if you are interested in legal action (if so provide a valid email id for updates/info requests)

If you have not settled your balance then please re-state your current stake here or even better PM me. Anon unless you request otherwise. Will use bitcointalk names for simplicity. That's all I want, a tally of remaining deposit holders. We can keep the discussion on the old threads.
Please state whether your balance is with or without interest - Include both figures if you can. It all goes in the spreadsheet!
If for some reason you did not report your balance on the old thread. Let me know.

I have the intention of keeping this thread open until we have all settled or CL is reactivated for withdrawals.

Current Figures

Will keep these conservative so its more of a worst case - things in reality should be better.

Stolen from inputs: 4100
Returned to inputs: 900

Based on the 900 returned and the high % loss for anyone with more than 1 BTC in, I am going to assume that inputs deposits were in excess of 2100 BTC

Lets assume CL took a 2000 BTC hit when inputs was hacked although the reality is probably/hopefully better

CL Deposits:9202.24604006 (Based on original thread + late comers)
Remaining BTC: 6662.78260646(Based on remaining deposit holders)

We know TF has a large amount of funds in BTC. That is not up for debate. We have seen address's with large amounts of coins and he has begun pre-liquidation despite claims 100% of CL liquid funds are loaned and his personal stash used for inputs. (000's of BTC) There is a good chance he has amassed plenty of fiat in this time as well as he has a history of gambling - He did cash out in the high hundreds and buy back in the low seventies with CL money according to an old thread - scary.

Anyway, PLEASE let me know if you still have a stake in CL.

As a medium level investor, I would be willing to take a hair cut, to cover some of the costs. But 90+% That is unacceptable, Especially when we can see the losses from the hack have already been  covered.

Legal Action

As TF has stopped communicating / vanished - It increases the possibility this was something of a ponzi scheme.
Either way, he isn't leaving creditors with many other options than to contact the authorities.
I am aware of various people working on various things which I won't post here but here is a "zero cost" option.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=336217.msg3700419#msg3700419

Potential drawbacks for me are - it might mean zero return for us, tf could hide any/all assets, he may have already left oz.  But if you want to head over and drop your balance as a show of interest - these points will presumably be covered before it gets that far.

4  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Simple Third Part Wallet / API on: November 15, 2013, 11:41:10 AM
Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is the most simple API for excepting bitcoin payments?

Inputs was instant and had a simple api which only required a little code and minimal hosting resources. We want to accept BTC not turn it into FIAT.

Your help is appreciated.
5  Economy / Service Discussion / inputs.io security issue? on: November 04, 2013, 08:23:57 PM
Big fan of inputs.io and dont want to cause a scene but heard a few reports of missing coins recently -

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1pw46j/someone_just_transferred_0095_from_my_inputsio/

Any news on this TF?
6  Economy / Service Discussion / Secure Cloud Hosting on: September 10, 2013, 10:28:10 AM
I couldn't find a good thread for this but I would really appreciate some help.

I want to move our site to some secure hosting. Not USA or UK based, or anywhere that is can be seized. I am thinking about security not to far from TPB but that is probably excessive.

I just need some suggestions to get me started.

Thanks
7  Economy / Marketplace / Debts for Sale - Everything must go! on: June 27, 2013, 01:59:03 PM
Hi All,

I have 10 BTC+ in debts that I have now put on the market for a total of about 0.5 BTC  Smiley

https://btcjam.com/notes

Full Disclosure -I highly doubt you will ever see your BTC if you buy these, infact if you get a single penny of these back, I will have a haircut, make some kind of salad with it and eat it with a glass of cheap Rioja.

Cheers!

8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Instant Payment Gateways - Fiat - BTC on: May 20, 2013, 12:02:39 PM
Hi,

Perhaps I am missing something here so forgive me if this is obvious -

I want to accept payments on my site where everything will be priced in BTC.

I am aware that most of my customers don't even know what a bitcoin is (stay with me)

I cant find anything on any of the payment gateway sites that will enable my customers to either

Pay directly in bitcoin

AND/OR

Pay with paypal, creditcard, anything - and they will convert it directly from nasty fiat into bitcoin and send it to me (for a hefty fee no doubt)

Does this exist, did I miss it somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

9  Economy / Service Discussion / BITCUREX - Outage on: March 26, 2013, 02:04:50 PM

When will there be a realistic competitor here.

Having one DECENT exchange is bad for business, I thought normal currency markets took a big slice ..

Also, do you think there is any call for

Freelancing
CrowdFunding

BTC versions?
