Is coingather down? Domain not responding for more than 24hrs now

Yesterday I wanted to buy 100,000 units of some coin at the last rate in the exchange because I wanted it urgently. However, I could only get 18,000 units on the spot. More than 24 hrs later, my order is yet to be filled. Meanwhile the coin has gone up 400%. How frustrating! Now my question is...

1. Will the remaining order be filled at the old rate or the new rate?
2. Do all the exchanges operate like this?
3. Are there exchanges where you get your order filled instantly knowing that time is money?

It is widely predicted that stock markets will crash in 2017 because of historical antecedents. Should this happen, what is the fate of the cryptocurrency ecosystem?

I want to invest in a coin that will give a quick return on investment- say 10 fold profit within a year.  I observe that some coins are not mineable. Is there a disadvantage to this? Which is better - Mineable or Not Mineable Coins?
