We all know that the strike movement carried out by factory workers is an act of their protected rights as one of the forms carried out between workers and the company. Conducted negotiations but reached a dead end and did not reach an agreement (in a simple sense, the Company refused to negotiate with trade unions or workers).

But the fact is that the West Virginia state strike law is neither allowed nor is it legal amendments for labor unions ¹.

Isn't this like working as an endless stunt. They are required to achieve the company's target as the fulfillment of production from various sectors. But on the other hand they do not have the right to submit a request as a form of agreement between two parties who agree to do what is asked by the company but the company must also fulfill what is their right as workers.

Not only employee workers, but the teacher's strike which is the main spearhead of education is even illegal there for them to go on strike ². according to the West Virginia legislator "public servants have no right to strike, they make a political statement by enshrining it in legislation and also ensuring that any future changes in legal thinking on this issue will not change the law in West Virginia". Sources say nearly 47% of workers had gone on strike until October³.

Conclusion:
Based on the case that occurred above, how can this be justice for workers who are only considered as slaves in the country they live in without individual rights that should be protected by law to establish good relations between the two elements (workers and companies) in order to carry out their duties. the goal is equal economic income.

Do you think it's fair? If only the 22 richest individuals in the world had more money than the 3.8 billion people who are currently in business? Well about 22 people have more money saved abroad than the total population of China, United States and India combined?

Let's take a look at Elon Musk, Jeff Bejoz, Bernard Arnold and Family, Bill gates etc. Their income within 1 or 2 weeks is equivalent to the income needed by the United Nations Organization to provide humanitarian aid in Yemen, Ethiopia, South Sudan etc, all of which are experiencing a hunger crisis. with 0.00000005% of their wealth, it will provide a decent life for 1 family who can eat 3 times a day for the next 100 years.

1. Sebelumnya saya sudah meminta izin kepada Agan Bitrent dan dbshack untuk menjadi Escrow dana Investasi, tapi sayang masing2 menolak dengan memiliki alasan tersendiri yang bisa saya pahami.
Sampai saat ini saya masih mencari Escrow untuk Dana Investasi yang dimana Akun Exchanger di pegang oleh Escrow, saya hanya melakukan Trading dengan API Key yang dimana tidak diberi akses untuk akun tersebut, sehingga saya tidak bisa membawa kabur uang investor.

2. Saya menggunakan sistem perlindungan bagi investor, yang dimana saya juga akan menanamkan 100% Modal sesuai dengan Investasi yang di terima.
Untuk Periode pertama ini saya hanya menerima Dana Investasi maksimal 0.2 Bitcoin dan saya akan menanamkan modal sebesar 100% atau 0.2 Bitcoin.
Maka Modal Trading menjadi 0.4 Bitcoin, Jika  selama Trading saya mengalami banyak kerugian sehingga Modal Trading berkurang sampai menjadi 0.25 Bitcoin maka Otomatis Project selesai.
