I have plans to make a great mining complex on my ground, i live on a not-so-hot city named "Guarapuava" in the state of Paraná.
Now im paying 0,14 cents/Kwh ( I know i'ts alot but here in Brazil i belive that is the cheappest energy i have heard)
I have a small farm in the middle of the city, surrounded by lakes and 42 thousand square meters of empty gound, Where I can put solar panels, for example.
How my type of service will work?
Each rig will have a list of owners, for exemple:
Energy Costs/Day: (90/771)/(31*) * Days in month, 31 in December like now.

The ROI for now can be to much time(2 Years), but remember the launch of the ZCASH, if we had this hardware from the start, we probably make 15X more profit's than usual days.
With this hardware we will be prepared if a new coin launch, i can garantee that i will be ready if one new coin starts;
Think in this service like you think about Genesis, but with the possibility to earn more bcause the smart movement among the coins.
And in another hand: We will mine until we don't have more profits, every RIG will have a Owner list, when we decide to stop mining we will sell the hardware and send back the earned money. (IN BTC).
For exemple: You purchase a RIG now, we mine for 2 years and the RIG become not profitable anymore: i will announce the hardware to sell and each piece selled the money will be send you you.
This is for now, i will participate with (20% of the profits) in the mining process providing space and maintence, actually i pay $0,14 KwH in energy;

Why these changes?
GPU: In the last days EBFW lanched a new miner, so the GTX 1070 is way more profitable/eficient than RX 470
Price Decreased but the new GPU costs more: This is bcause i use BTC has the currency, bitcoin rise in price, so we need less BTC to build a better rig
