1  Economy / Computer hardware / **CLOSED [WTS] 20+ Cointerra TerraMiner IV 2.0TH (1.6+TH) units** on: April 04, 2014, 03:08:50 PM
I am taking orders for NEW TerraMiner IV 2.0TH units (reportedly getting hash rates of 1.6-1.7 th/s with latest firmware 0.7.6).  There would need to be interest in a minimum of 20 total units.  I will be allocating 4 units for myself, so as long as there is enough interest and I receive a minimum of 16 paid orders by Monday 10am CST then I will be paying for these units on Monday and should receive them by Thursday.  I will then ship the unit out to you to receive as early as Friday or Saturday.

Why should you trust me?  I have been both involved in Bitcoin hardware sales and an active participant on this forum for over a year.  I have purchased from group buys in this forum, as well as purchased directly from ASICMiner, Avalon, and Bitmain.  I have sold many units both directly and on eBay and have 100% feedback (see http://www.ebay.com/usr/finlof)

Units are priced at 13 BTC/each, plus whatever your desired form of shipment (see below for rates).  Due to the EXTREMELY low price there is no wiggle room on multiple units.  I am NOT interested in taking fiat payments.

FedEx shipping costs (FOR US ONLY):
Overnight shipping: 0.65 BTC/unit
2nd day shipping (Saturday delivery): 0.5 BTC/unit
Ground shipping (3-5 day delivery): 0.25 BTC/unit

Shipping costs (International):
PM me to discuss possible options based on your location

BTC Payment address : 17UmvjQDvdAtKxqoAvaSVyHPnaD5Vtv16k
Payment MUST be received by Monday 4/7/14 10am CST to be included on this order!

After payment is received I will require a signed message via PM stating the following:

{Address1}
{Address2}
{City, State  ZIP}

2  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / KNC Jupiter Beaglebone and controller board needed! on: January 29, 2014, 02:54:28 PM
I purchased a unit from someone that was DOA (see picture below). They will not take it back (I'm pursuing legal action). The problem is with the chip right above the 4-pin molex power connector JP1, and next to the fan power JP2. Is there anyone that has a spare controller and BBB handy so I can get this unit hashing asap? I have to send both off to KNC for RMA, but we all know that will take a while and time is lost BTC! I will pay for expedited shipping to myself and back once I receive the RMA. I would also pay some $ or BTC for your troubles.

6  Economy / Auctions / [WTS] XFX AMD Radeon HD 6950 (HD-695X-CNFC) 2 GB GDDR5 SDRAM PCIe x16 (2 avail) on: June 24, 2013, 02:40:41 PM
You are bidding on a used XFX AMD Radeon HD 6950 (HD-695X-CNFC) 2 GB GDDR5 SDRAM PCI Express x16 Graphics adapter.  I have 2 of these available and am selling them as I have recently upgraded my video card.  These cards are pretty awesome and still pack a big punch for speed and power.  They are 100% tested and working.

This auction is for the CARD ONLY, though if desired I can throw in (1) molex to 6-pin power convertor per card, as well as (1) x1 -> x16 NON-POWERED riser per card.  you may bid on them together, or individually.  Read the full disclosure notice for info about one of the cards.

FULL DISCLOSURE - One of the screws on the retention plate on the back is missing.  I purchased it used this way on ebay several months ago.  because I have decent cooling and airflow in my case I havent had any problems with it, though it does run hotter than my other card.  this "damaged" card will be known as CARD 2, and the normal condition one will be known as CARD 1.

STARTING PRICE - both cards bidding starts at 1 BTC each, or 2 BTC for both.  bidding increments of 0.05 BTC, until the last 30 min where increments of 0.01 will be ok.  if you are bidding on only 1 card make sure you note CARD 1 or CARD 2.

SHIPPING - FOR THE USA - approx 0.1 BTC EACH CARD (USPS priority), with a discount if purchaser gets both cards.  I will ship through Fedex or UPS if desired, and that will change the shipping price based on their rates.  FOR INTERNATIONAL - I can ship USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.  the shipping price will depend on the location.

Escrow can be used if desired AT PURCHASERS EXPENSE through a reputable source (John K, TAT).  please contact them for details on cost.

BIDDING WILL END ON 6/25/2013 5PM server time.  I will not extend the bidding past that time.

Timer removed. End time: 2013-05-22+20:30:00UTC

--I have several 7850's and an unlocked 6950 (1536 shaders with the 6950 bios) that could be up for sale if there are interested parties.  also have a few multi-GPU motherboards with power supplies, riser cards, etc that I'd be willing to part with.  PM me and let me know if you are interested and your offer price.
7  Economy / Auctions / 2+ BTC shares - Avalon Batch 3 - Coinhorder group buy on: May 20, 2013, 08:32:12 PM
looking at selling my 2.11199334 shares.  anyone interested can post here.  bidding will start at ~1.8 per share (total of 3.8BTC for the whole thing) with increments of .01 BTC per bid.  will round up to the nearest 0.0001 BTC once auction is over.  not looking at splitting it up to multiple people, just one person for the whole ownership.

auction will end Wed 5/21/13 at 3:30pm CST (8:30pm server time).

at current difficulty and current BTC price the monthly dividend return on these shares = $269.98/month.
at 2x current difficulty that would = $134.99/month
and for higher difficulty you can do your own math (or you can check out this ownership page with estimate calculator on it - https://www.dropbox.com/s/7b7omfd7hrbk9gs/Ownership%20Percentages%20%26%20Profit%20Projections.xls).

PM me if you have any private questions, otherwise feel free to bid away!
8  Bitcoin / Hardware / [GROUP BUY] Avalon ASIC batch 3 "pool" on: March 27, 2013, 03:18:35 AM
For anyone that missed out on CoinHoarder's opportunity, I thought I would do one similar to it myself.  I am in a unique position where I work that provides me with space, internet, and power that would be perfect for this.  I would be willing to host a BTC pool, electricity, power costs, internet and hardware.  We have a 2500+ square foot building with a server room, generators in case of a power loss, and backup internet.  We are also about to invest in a $25000 solar power system.

I can send pictures of all the hardware and servers.  And also provide any evidence requested (within reason) to any investors.

Of course we will not give out office exchange email address due to chance of DDoS.  Just like CoinHoarder, I cannot invest 75 BTC on a Avalon miner but am aware that a lot of you are in the same boat and want to purchase a piece of one.

We don't have a standing in the community like CoinHoarder has BUT WE DO HAVE a place of business that we use to provide IT support to clients in multiple states.  EVERYTHING we need to host Avalons is right here where I come to work everyday.

If there is interest in this, and if any information is needed from us to you, the community, let me know in this thread and I will send answers to questions accordingly.  The miners are still available for purchase, pre-orders for batch #3.  As soon as they are not available any longer I will update this thread to reflect that change.

I feel and trust CoinHoarders judgement in the terms that he set in his post.  The only difference is our power costs will be lower once we get the solar system installed.  the shipping costs will be factored into the overall cost of the unit(s).  Everything else as far as terms should match his - 3% hosting fee, monthly dividends, etc.  I will line out more details soon.

I dont know when the Avalons will stop being available for purchase so I'm linking my BTC address and will refund everyone if not enough is raised.

Minimum 1 BTC investment.
Send your investment to 17VM6yx9rUwDWydfEeKLedEDVZ3huWUKdW
PM me or reply to me with the bitcoin address you are sending from and total amt you are sending
your spot will be based on when the bitcoin comes into my account.
any bitcoin left over that is not used to purchase the Avalon(s) will be refunded on a last received basis.

Reply or PM me if you have ANY questions.
