SO what I am really building?
and WHy I am here?

To answer the first question. Building an exchange that people will rely upon in terms of trust and quality takes a lot of time.
and what I have concluded till now is
-people need money control in their hand
-a good exchange support system to quickly resolve their issues.
-fast TPS
-active education to newbies out there to safeguard their interests.

what I have come up with is I am working on a platform that is fast, non-custodial, even it will be like a bank account if you have excess funds you can earn interest annually as per the market rate.

I have spent hours and days and been into it for 2 years. I have nearly all the things ready just want initial  seed Fund to Hire

- QA's
- Etc

I know you want to look at whitepaper and website - but there is nothing of value if the project doesn't deliver and this is not a get rich quick scheme its will take around 6-8 months after initial MVP releases.

I am a Student and want to earn my own money.
i have worked for so long and nights from mid 2016-till now, I am not a quite good trader so i earned some money through working in different ICO Bounties and other related works , Gave some money to my parents and siblings and started trading with the leftover. i have a bachelor in commerce .

English is not my native language but still i can do good things in writing if pay scale is good.

I have researched for many months before starting the project.
But before starting there is an dilemma that ICO are becoming big scams and i don't want to have one added to that list.
That's why i am looking for people with vision who can invest in my early startup of my decentralized exchange with BTC , ETH or LTC.

previously i posted to make a team for the project .
and got serious reply to join me but i have not valued my project by other points of view.
and to get this thing kick start we are gonna need some serious money so that is a problem too.

SO what i wanna know about ?
1- the project is based on private mining facility- no cloud mining contract no outsider will be able to take mined coin from the table.only the token holder in their main wallet will be able to get to decide what ever coin they need to mine.

We will establish various private farm in different countries where electricity is cheap and environmental friendly and we are looking for government support too for establishing the facilities.

2- One Web wallet & mobile wallet  - form maintain the mined coins .

3- Master node services :- main purpose of my idea behind deploying huge hashing power into block-chain is to protect from attach and high cost of fees  due to miner mining now only high fees transaction first are causing more fees and more time to get the transaction confirmed.

4- Two big exchanges - (idea in progress)
the idea of two is simple one will be made for decentralized P2P based exchange .
and one is under valuation to margin and other instrument to be added like derivatives  , margin trading etc.

5- The user will get 70-80% of money earned depends when the time of expansion come we will hold more if we don't feel the expansion is needed we will pay nearly 90% of profit.

So i am looking forward for suggestion and advises. i dont care if some one copy it , but nobody will do it with the passion i will do because this is my dream and they just have motive to earn money.

its been a while since i was researching on mining  ( i am a miner actually ), But due to lack of financial resources i have my limitation to expand my operation , so i wanna know that if i make a good project model for people like me and for those who dont know about mining but want to make money by it , that will be based on purely decentralized system and  smart contracts  . But the level of effeciency we can achive by this will be of another level where we will be mining different coins ( preferably user oriented ) means the power the user bought will be used to mine as per the desired of the user.
