And it is based on the Ethereum smart contract distributed CDN system. This system combines CDN mining, smart contract settlement and CDN trading market. Through the work out the chain and the settlement on the chain, it is to appeal global network participants to share their idle network in their devices( eg PCs, routers, TV boxes, cell phones, IPDs, etc) and upload them to make internet acceleration nodes ubiquitous. BlockCDN based on the Ethereum smart contract system, enables the users who owning idle bandwidth to share them , and the users will get high revenue without extra investment. A、 BCDN发行总数量10亿个。其中众筹后剩余总量50%的BCDN作为项目启动后3年内奖励参与成为分享节点的参与者。BCDN以挖矿的方式发放。挖矿是根据节点上传的流量的数量进行发放。以后不再增加和减少BCDN数量，就恒定数量参与CDN交易的全流通。

D、 众筹会员推广奖励，推荐会员众筹可以得到其众筹BCDN总量的5%的奖励。在众筹结束后自动发送到推荐人钱包。
E、 所有BCDN的初期ICO持有人可以得到BlockCDN前3年推广期内营业额总额的40%的奖励，3年后将不再发放奖励。每月按总量平均发送到持有人钱包。但初期ICO后发生过转移流通的代币都不在奖励之列，并最小奖励大于或等于1ETH价值量，不够的顺延累计。剩余60%作为CDN技术革新、团队维持、平台维护和更新等支出。
F、 众筹的28天期间设置投资反悔期，凡在该时间段内并众筹总额未达到最高设定限额前想退出的投资者可以将BCDN发送到指定的钱包，BlockCDN按1ETH=1000BCDN退回投资款。
G、 本次众筹总金额低于15万个ETH为众筹失败，所有已收到的ETH返还投资人，代币作废。并全部会员推荐奖励取消。并ICO总金额到达最高限额40万个ETH时ICO成功并即刻终止，同时反悔机制停止。
