maybe this is looks crazy but this really happened to me.
Last month I joined signature campaign, before the campaign get extended, I see my name in disqualification because double submit form,
I was surprised because I never did, finally after I contacted the team I was given a relief and can continue the campaign with my stakeholders completely.
snovio campaign was over, but at the time of distribution token I haven't receive the token until now, then I checked the spreadsheet and find different address from what I submitted.
most likely this is the address that submitted after my first address. I know this is my fault because i'm not checking my account in the spreadhseet correctly, I made this post with the intention that my account is not considered connected to this unknown address.


I also found similar thing in some other campaigns:

Signature page line 131 fake profil, fake eth address.

There are two usernames (mankeen) the first  for me and the second is not for me and how you confirm it the second , and I did not receive anything on the email
