Im really depressed about this. Im only 15 so i spent a while getting this money and some jerk comes and steals it from me. if anyone know how to file a dispute for F&F on paypal please tell me.

I would like to buy $35-40 in BTC (0.056-0.06) with paypal. As i am only 15, I dont have an ID and i am not old enough to use exchanges like coinbase, cex.io, and other exchanges (I asked my parents to, but i don't blame them for not wanting to put their drivers license and social security online).
