2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Advice on internet connectivity problem on: July 04, 2015, 03:33:16 AM
I am having problems with my internet connectivity for the last month.

The connection issue is happening between the modem and the internet.

Spent a LOT of time with the telco helpdesk...

They sent out a tech to the exchange (old exchange - known issues).

I trouble shooted my PC, etc etc....

The main observation I have made is that I lose internet connection at around 2am almost every day (does vary occasionally). When it goes down it is for many hours.

It appears to me to be cyclical so I thought it must be something electronic.

I bought a new modem, but it still went down at 2am last night.

I am going to ring the telco again but am hoping someone here might have some advice on what may be causing the issue.

TIA  Smiley

12  Economy / Service Discussion / Want to change email on btc-e but afraid to do so.... on: November 30, 2013, 03:00:09 AM
It says:

Quote
For security purposes, after a e-mail change your account will be locked for withdrawal within 2 days.

Do they mean "locked for withdrawal for 2 days"?  Because it reads that they will simply lock it...  in which case I would have to get it unlocked with a help ticket etc.

would appreciate any advice

ALSO

does changing your password there cause any temporary issues?
