1  Local / Altcoins (Deutsch) / supportXMR.com - Monero Pool in Deutschland on: October 28, 2016, 02:07:03 PM
Hi,

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Sapphire RX480 nitro 8GB XMR custom ROM on: October 21, 2016, 08:51:21 AM
Hi,

As most of the discussion is about ETH ROMs, I thought I share this here - the ROM I use in my monero rigs, producing a stable 780h/s (stock they pull 630h/s)

The GPU and VRAM are underclocked as well, so the cards keep nicely cool

ATTENTION: Check your cards bios version! It has to be 113-2E3470U.X51

Disclaimer:

- No guarantees! If you brick your card, that is your responsibility
- This is for the Sapphire RX480 NITRO 8GB model only. Any other card may not support it and may BRICK your card
- You will need ATIflash or similar to flash it. Don't forget to backup your stock ROM. If your card doesn't like the ROM, flash back the original or switch to second bios (jumper on card)

If you enjoy the ROM, feel free to mine at http://supportXMR.com - all kinds of hashrate are welcome Smiley
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / [XMR] supportXMR.com POOL 1st week recap on: October 13, 2016, 07:48:24 AM
The pool is now running for a week and it was off to a nice start

- 100 % uptime
- 20 different miners, up to 12 concurrent miners
- 8 blocks found
- up to 250KH hashrate

I've been constantly contributing 40-50KH from nicehash to the pool to get a constant influx of at least one block per day average and will continue to do so until this level of hashrate is reached by the "real" miners mining on the pool (or my nicehash BTC run out, lol).

I am making a considerable loss by generating that hashrate, as well as paying for the hosting and running a 0 % fee pool. I hope that this is making clear that I am committed to this project and it is safe to mine there.
I invite you all to join us and mine at supportXMR.com to increase network security by not giving the megapools the ability to corrupt the network. This would further set monero apart from Bitcoin, where the majority of hashrate is pooled together in Chinese ASIC farms Smiley

Well, that's all for now. If you are one of the 20 people that have pointed their rigs to my pool in the past 7 days, I would love to get some feedback here. Also suggestions regarding to the improvement of the pool are highly welcome.

Cheers
