Can anyone explain me this:

When I'm trying to send a payment from desktop Electrum (4.0.2) 0.00015BTC with fee rate 2 sat/byte the fee is 0.00000514BTC

but the same payment with the same settings on Android app (4.0.2) has 0.00001968BTC fee!!! The app warns me that that the fee is too high!

I'm pretty sure that there is no 2FA on my Android Electrum.

Please. Checked it like 10x in my profile settings, still can't find where the signature settings is.
