This is based on the news article from https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-48069663 and climate change being a hot topic, i thought i should share it here. According to the proposed fix by the scientists and engineers, they have proposed the following solutions.

artificial trees-seems like this one has been on the agenda for a long time

This looks convincing and expensive at the same time, but ignore the the cost factor for now.

Do you think this proposal could actually work?
2  Other / Beginners & Help / PROVE YOUR OWNERSHIP on: April 24, 2019, 11:39:13 PM
I know for a fact that when it comes to proving ownership to a BCT a/c or showing consent as the original owner in the crypto-ecosystem, a signed bitcoin address has always been the answer!

Now that its possible to sign a message from an ethereum address, will this be considered accepted form for proof of ownership?

Can we stake ether addresses as well?

thnx
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [GIUDE] HOW TO SIGN MESSAGE WITH ETHEREUM ADDRESS on: April 24, 2019, 05:23:52 PM
Hope this is the correct thread for this

Many of us might be very familiar with signing of a message with our bitcoin addresses, if not follow this guide < https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0 > . Getting back where we were this guide builds on that knowledge and we shall be signing a message with our ethereum addresses this time around.

For our basic format we shall use the basic code
Code:
-----BEGIN ETHEREUM SIGNED MESSAGE-----
<insert message here>
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
<insert address here>
<insert signature here>
-----END ETHEREUM SIGNED MESSAGE-----

To show how this works will use the code below
Code:
-----BEGIN ETHEREUM SIGNED MESSAGE-----
This is < woodie > from bitcointalk.org and today is < 2019.04.24 >
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
0xCE6bACaaA99745ADA0082D0b36207AF0fCf471a1
IFtLgDZCpvfw0DT70RCLcYXj3Dbjf68sc6pj/C+u5K6IC8PIhHE4Y/ldllt1/yhrZpVW/shFRf7rxQYdsW/CcBM=
-----END ETHEREUM SIGNED MESSAGE-----

4  Economy / Scam Accusations / USER: Druckao IS A SCAM ARTIST STAY AWAY!! on: January 07, 2017, 07:46:36 AM
What happened:
I saw Druckao's digital goods thread on December 20, 2016 and placed an order for a Paypal account as i had funds being held on my main paypal account and needed his services. After I sent him payment as no one was available for escrow , he just went mute and has never responded to my skype messages or forum messages. He's a big liar and a scam artist and would advice anyone not to deal  with him !!!!
