Is anyone else having difficulty accessing both Ether Delta and MetaMask? Both of them just spin as they try, unsuccessfully to talk to the ethereum network.

I'm not having problems with any other external sites (though I haven't tried using any dAPPs). Anyone else running into this?

The project is in beta right now, and it's a lot of fun to use. It just takes a while to sync the blockchain. Other than that, it seems like a really interesting project.

In a discussion of SegWit activation on LTC, one anti-comment was all about LN being the equivalent of fractional reserve banking.

My hope was that someone could explain that to me?

Not fractional reserve banking, I understand that. I just don't understand how LN somehow = FRB.
