1  Local / Biete / VORSICHT! BIETE: Altcoin Arbitrage Bot [verkauft] on: August 20, 2014, 11:16:54 AM

Code:
@472: $mandrill = new Mandrill('A7tqVO.....');

5  Economy / Lending / Offering <Fair | Quick | Low Interest> Loans! Up to 1 BTC! [No-Collateral] on: June 25, 2014, 08:31:57 PM
Introduction:
Offering reasonable low interest loans for the community. If you are in need of some quick BTC for fair interest this offer might be for you. And the best part is no collateral is needed.

Rule #1:
Talk to me. Everything is negotiable. Just write here or PM me your loan offer and I might consider it if it's reasonable.

Rates and Terms:
All interest is compounded once per loan period. Repayment can be made before the deadline of course. Deadline is day of loan end 00:00GMT.

Non-Collateral loans:

  • Full / Sr. / Hero Member
    Loan: min 0.01, max 0.03
    Rates: 1-7d = 5%

Everything below Full Member status needs to provide collateral. See section below.

  • Defaulting
    Rate: 5% per day overdue
Before you default: See Rule #1, I'm sure we can work something out

Collateral loans:

  • Loan: min 0.1, max 1.0
  • Rates: 1-14d = 5%, if you need a longer loan let's talk
  • Collateral: Minimum 110%. More might be better for you, read Disclaimer below. Any stable altcoin on Cryptsy/Mintpal/mcxNOW is accepted.
  • Escrow: Yes. Accepted are JohnK, SebastianJu, OgNasty, Maidak, DannyHamilton
  • Fees: You pay all transaction / escrow fees.
  • Defaulting: If there is no repayment until day of loan end 00:00GMT the collateral will be collected immediately.
  • Disclaimer: I reserve the right to collect the collateral immediately if its market value drops below 105%. So it is in your best interest to choose a good % of collateral on a stable altcoin.

Requesting a Loan:
Please give what your loan will be used for, and means of paying back if initial means fall through.
So if the loan is for daytrading, give me information on how you'll repay if that doesn't work out (mining, signature advertising, etc)
State the loan amount, interest rate, and amount of time needed until repayment.

Template:
Amount:
Days:
Reason:
Security:

Address for repayments: 1JWYj9wW8s2xRn4PPLeNRuiwEaWFxorefc

By requesting a loan you and the possible escrow accept all terms of my service.

Thank you for your interest.
6  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / RNG using Block informations on: September 07, 2013, 10:34:16 AM
Hey guys,

okay, first of all I'm new to this crypto stuff and I know the issue of "Provably Fair" has been discussed over and over again. Yet I haven't quiet found any definite answer to my approach. What I want to do is make the RNG more transparent by taking the information of the next/current block found (txconf=1).

My approach so far looks like this:

Code:
hmac_sha512($blockhash, $nonce)

Since I think the nonce is fairly random and could never be guessed, using it as the secret would give me quiet a strong random variable which is also transparent at the same time. Now I read a lot of stuff about blockhashes tending towards lower numbers, so I should add something to the hash to make it even more random.

Would you think adding the blocktime would make it even more random or isnt necessary:

Code:
hmac_sha512($blockhash, $nonce+$blocktime)

Cheers
7  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Need advice on a web project (NODE/JS/PHP) on: August 28, 2013, 05:13:50 PM
Hey guys,

I'm currently planning a new web project and I'm not quiet sure how other sites handle this:

1) Scan the blockchain for transaction of certain addresses, save transaction to a DB
2) Handle found transactions one by one
3) Feed the web page with handled transaction data

My current thinking is this:

1) Develop a demon that subscribes to blockchain.info's websocket and scan for certain transactions
2) That's easy
3) Let the client poll the server every X seconds or only on refresh

The problems:

1) PHP or NODE.JS? Are there working libs for this? How do other sites do this?
3) What would you suggest? AJAX? Poll or push? Websocket server?

Cheers,
jeezy
8  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Bitcoin-24.com on: April 03, 2013, 09:41:38 PM
Moin,

wie lange braucht Bitcoin-24.com überlichweise für BTC Abhebungen?

Code:
#	Address from / to	Amount	Date	Confirmations
2 1... x.xxxxxxxx 2013-04-03 19:xx:xx Confirmed
1 1... x.xxxxxxxx 2013-04-03 17:xx:xx Confirmed

Weder eine Benachrichtigung im Wallet, noch eine info auf blockchain für die Adresse sind zu finden. Und das ist nun ja schon einige Stunden her...

Hat da jemand Erfahrung mit?
