Ultimately I thrive to excel, gain clients trust and loyalty. Most of my clients either return for more or pass on my details to other businesses, friends and colleagues, this is my marketing. I do not own a fancy shop, nor a website. I consider my business and clients very personal. I rent a warehouse in East London, that you can visit to test machines and buy, where all PC are assembled.
I will spend a considerable amount of time explaining everything there is to know before the purchase so that there will be no surprises. If you still not happy simply notify me by email within 14 days and return the goods in the same conditions within 28 days of my acknowledgement for a full refund [minus damages, missing parts etc]. During the past two years I never had a single return for a PC that wasn't up to standards but I did bought back few systems after a period of time from customers who didn't need them anymore or wanted an upgrade.

PS: yes, if you know how to build these machines, you can save some money, I do not claim to be the bargain of the century but I doubt you will find better prices from any other legitimate business out there (unless you are a private buyer and for some reason that business do not account for VAT) and if you do, please let me know and I'll see if I can match it. Prices starting from £1,800 for second hand RX580 Nitro+ 4GB rigs with 20 months of graphic cards warranty still on them (only 2 left at this price) and £2000+ for new rigs. New rigs prices vary almost on a daily bases, following the GPU market. Quotes are valid only until 17:00 GMT time on the day of issue.

Ethos Distro can be installed but remote or software support must be seek directly with GPU Shack (the developers) I will only deal if a hardware failure would occur.

What I do not do:
- custom made rigs based on customer specification i.e. rigs with 7, 8 or a zillion GPU, dual PSU, different motherboards or with hardware supplied by the customer (within the limits of the system, PSU & graphic cards models/preferences can be specified, if available)
- I do not fix / setup / adjust / optimise rigs built by another company, individual or the customer itself. I spent countless months, optimising my system/OS/hardware.

Most popular mining software used to mine is Claymore but others can be used as well based on GPU and/or coin mined.
I strongly suggest not to dual mine as this would stress the GPU too much and shorten their lifespan. Better performance/return/lifespan is obtained by mining a single coin in optimised mode: that is cool and stable for as long as possible, not squeeze the system to its last hashrate/breath at the cost of heat, stability and consequently lifespan.

Dozens of clients and 100's of rigs successfully delivered & installed. 2 rigs returned within 14 days, 5 rigs bought back past the 14 days period so far (30 days and two months) mostly due to funds needed elsewhere (buying house & taking different business direction).
