What is xel?

xel is an open-source project that aims to build the first decentralized supercomputer. xel has been developed over the last year or so and provides the infrastructure for a decentralized and distributed super computer, designed to carry out arbitrary tasks over the internet. In  this  context,  xel is  powered by a crypto currency (XEL) and provides a market-based mechanism to buy  and  sell computational  resources. Those  who need  computational  resources,  model  their  problem using xel’s programming language (xel PL) and broadcast it on the network, along with a certain amount of XEL coins. The xel miners are then motivated to offer their computational resources in exchange for a portion of those XEL coins. The size of their reward depends on the amount of work a miner has contributed in relation to the rest of the miners that have also participated in the task. Using XEL as the driving force, xel offers potential buyers a large parallel computation cluster composed of many CPUs and GPUs supplied by the miners.

Hi,

Armory gets stuck while syncing and uses the complete 150GB HD. I looked up which folder uses so much space and found .bitcoin/blocks to be 125GB.

Is that to be expected or did something went wrong and i have to resync?

Price per LISK is 0.0025 BTC, so a batch of 500 will be 1.25 BTC.

To simplify lets take 20 Bitcoins every 10 minutes as average.

The Halving will subtract 12.5 Bitcoins every 10 minutes in average from the supply.

Comparing those two one can easily see the impact that the Halving will have on the price of Bitcoin, not as strong as Willy but very effective and completely legal.

Ich habe eine Website A eine Exchange bzw so etwas Ähnliches und eine Website B mit gewöhnlichem Text. (Website A verfügt eventuell über eine API aber das ist noch nicht ganz sicher.)

Nun möchte ich das sobald auf Website B sich ein bestimmter Wert ändert automatisch auf Website A eine Order gegeben wird.

Wie gehe ich das technisch am besten an? Ich müsste ja Website B ständig scrapen oder? Und was eignet sich am besten um quasi durch einen Bot (wohlmöglich ohne API-Zugang) Website A zu steuern. Also sich anzumelden als User und Orders zu geben?

Shouldnt the Cointerra-Miners be overclockable also?

I am no tech-expert but i expect pretty much every miner to be overclockable to a certain amount.
