Below are the full terms for the Darcrus Crowdfunding campaign. These conditions will not change during the crowdfunding period. No prior asset payment schedule is brought forward from SIGFARM or SIGWONET.
Of the 50,000,000 TOTAL Darcrus tokens, Bittrex will host 42,000,000 tokens for the ICO at a different pricing levels. Below is the pricing schedule:

• Early Bird:    2500 satoshi each, 10,000,000 available (40,000 DAR per BTC)
• Phase 1:        4000 satoshi each, 13,125,000 available (25,000 DAR per BTC)
• Phase 2:       5000 satoshi each, 10,500,000 available (20,000 DAR per BTC)
• Phase 3:       6000 satoshi each, 8,375,000 available (16,666.67 DAR per BTC)

42,000,000 Darcrus Tokens Available for ICO.

The crowdfund will run for 7 days beginning December 21st, 2016 at 11:00:00 PM PST (22 December 0700 GMT) and ending on December 28th, 2016 at 10:59:59 PM PST (29 December 0659 GMT).
The crowdfund must raise a minimum of 250 BTC to be considered a success. Each phase unlocks a new development milestone Darcrus will fund and achieve with this ICO. Additional development will take place as Darcrus grows.

• Early Bird: dAppsheet in JavaScript + buyback of 10% net profits on Bittrex
• Phase 1: Early Bird + additional 15% net profits (25% total) buyback on Bittrex
• Phase 2: Early Bird + Phase 1 + dAppsheet in Python
• Phase 3: All prior + Mining Farm with 50% net profits buy back on Bittrex

Tokens bought via buyback will be burned.

If success conditions are NOT met, all BTC will be refunded through a buy wall. Trading fees are not refunded under any circumstance.

Any coins not sold by the end of the 7-day crowdsale will be verifiably “burned” or destroyed by using the NXT built-in token deletion command or by Bittrex themselves.

*There are 5,371,282 outstanding SIGWONET and SIGFARM tokens. Current token holders start out at a 1:1 swap rate when swapping in either token. In the event the ICO is not fully funded and some of the Darcrus tokens are burned, the percentage of the amount burned will be subtracted from the swap. If the ICO is fully funded, the extra 371,282 above 5,000,000 will be burnt from the Founder's personal purchases of SIGFARM to ensure there is a fair and even 5,000,000 swap. Julian Yap (Jumbucks and Ubiq Developer) and Cory Teslikis (Pool develper and owner of etc.minerhub.io) have agreed to be the Darcrus escrow agents. They have signed up on Coinbase and they must authorize the withdraw of any ICO funds in the Vault. After the withdraw request has been initiated, Julian or Cory MUST sign along with Steven to authorize the withdraw. After authorized, there is a 48 hour period in which the withdraw can be stopped. If this happens, the process of authorizing the withdraw must start over. Both of these individuals are well respected and have projects of their own.

BTC will be distributed to Darcrus after the ICO ends and the Darcrus tokens are sent to participants. The projected date for the withdraw to begin is December 12th, 2016.

The public BTC address is 14ZMeswT9w6hAqZTkyASCUXnQmZ3xzWVYh. It is a Coinbase Vault that moves BTC into cold storage. Please read about Coinbase Vault here. We are updating the API for the site to show the Total Raised to give true reflection of the amount raised.

November 28th, 2016 Julian Yap contacted me and asked to be relieved from the duties of being one of the escrows due to an 'unforeseen emergency'. The new BTC address has been updated on https://darcr.us for keeping track of how many BTC we have raised. The address is:

The new address is in my possession on my hardware wallet. In the event of a refund due to not raising enough BTC, the same procedure for refunding will take place, only faster since we will not have to wait 48 hours to get the BTC out of the Vault. When we _do_ raise enough BTC, it will be a bit easier to track the ICO funds. I also felt it prudent to remove the ICO funds from Coinbase due to the current state of their investigation. The last thing any of us would want is for the ICO funds to be locked in their exchange.

Please do NOT use an exchange NXT address! The assets will not transfer to those accounts!

With accounting, you mean the accounting of a company, like booking the invoices, bank statements etc? - Yes, almost any type of traditional database can be migrated into a dAppsheet, especially those that require fiduciary or regulatory documentation and proof of authenticity.
▮ Proof of holding rewards: Does this mean when you own Darcrus tokens, you get rewarded if you hold them, like some kind of dividends on shares? - Proof of Holding is akin to Dash (and other) masternode payments to those who have a masternode. Proof of Holding will use different ways to provide staking rewards as I did not want to waste development cycles on a unique blockchain just to hold Darcrus (and all the requirements, updates, patches, etc etc). NXT and Waves will be great asset token platforms, as well as development platforms. nStratis will provide private chains with almost unlimited capabilities and customization options to utilize and build dAppsheets as needed and requested.
▮ Distribution: There are no DAR for the team? Or are these included in the 5.000.000 as they are current Sigfarm and Sigwo holders as well? - There are 5 million for SIGWONET and SIGFARM holders, 2 million for Darcrus, and 500,000 for bounties to be used (in the ANN). this leaves 42,500,000 for ICO participants.

Is there a minimum amount to purchase or 'own' to receive royalties?
There is a 10 SIGFARM minimum to purchase but NO REQUIREMENT of ownership like some 'cloud mining' coins.

Is this 'cloud mining'?
NO, these are mining rigs owned by Sigwo Technology. There are no 'contracts' or 'buying hashrate' with
SIGFARM. You receive royalties based upon the amount of SIGFARM assets you hold.

By buying SIGFARM, do I own any of the hardware or hold any controlling interest in Sigwo Technology?
No.

Do I get the asset I purchase or is it just a number on a list?
You receive the token in your NXT account for you to own.

Will the NXT assets be tradeable?
Yes. you can trade on NXT Asset Exchange, or do off exchange sales. There are no traditional exchanges for SIGFARM.

Is there a reason why you chose NXT?
I am familiar and have other interests with the ecosystem.

Will I get monthly returns? What form will the returns be in BTC or NXT?
You will get monthly returns as long as the mining is profitable. I bought GPU because
it is easy to switch algos for profits. I do not see ETH going PoS for quite some time.
The royalties will be paid in superBTC, which is a NXT asset. You withdraw superBTC to
any BTC address and plain old BTC will be deposited.

superBTC price is not the same as BTC?
It’s not about price. The asset backs 1 for 1 BTC. If I deposit 1 BTC, I will get back 1 BTC when I withdraw, minus transaction
fee. You can trade superBTC (or any NXT asset) on the NXT Asset Exchange.

Ok..so basically I am buying tokens which are traded on NXT Asset Exchange...just like buying Influx traded on Bittrex.
Yes, you can relegate purchasing SIGFARM to buying a coin. The biggest difference is holding SIGFARM gives you access to a
monthly royalty payment.

Also is there an option to reinvest my dividend for a certain period?
You can do whatever you like with your dividends. If you decide to reinvest, you simply buy more SIGFARM. No contracts, no buying certain amounts of hashrate.
