Because now with txconfirmtarget=1 my node sends transaction with 2.125 sat/B which is too low.

How can I get list of all bitcoin-based cryptocurrencies  such as Dash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, what else ?

In normal bitcoin network state confirmations come in short time with txconfirmtarget=1.

When huge amount transactions come like today, txconfirmtarget=1 doesn't set enough fee to be confirmed in < 30 minutes.

How to set up fee automatically x2 from txconfirmarget=1 or something like that.

For example - I have full Bitcoin node, user sends to server his private key(via https) just to sign transaction or view his balance.

И еще раз - идей стартапов в интернете - немыслимое количество, главное - это лидер и команда.

We are implementing Tether currency on our e-currencies exchange web-site.

The problem is as follows:

In order to link specific user with his USDT transaction we generate new address for every exchange operation and ask user to send his USDT to this new address. Suppose, he is to send us 100 USDT. After transaction is complete we will have 100 USDT and 0.00000546 BTC on our newly generated address.

After that we need to consolidate USDTs sent by our clients on one consolidated address. But we can not send USDTs from generated addresses to our consolidated address since there are not enough BTCs on those addresses to pay transfer commission fee to miners.

Please, advise what is the best way to solve the issue?
