Il y est dit, je cite : "Transaction fees could “rise and rise to the point where only rich people can transact” if block sizes aren’t increased".

Il faudrait visiblement soit augmenter la fréquence de création des blocs, soit augmenter la taille des blocs pour y mettre plus de transactions. 

Un spécialiste pourrait-il nous expliquer plus en détail quelle est la problématique exacte soulevée par Gavin Andresen ?
