Looking to bridge crypto to Hyperliquid and want it done safely and efficiently. I’m mainly concerned with low fees, speed, and security. Any recommended bridges or tips?

I bought some BTC back in 2015 and forgot about it until recently. Now with a kid on the way, I want to take a little profit nothing crazy, just enough to help give my child a good start.
The issue is my BTC came from old wallets, so I'm not sure how to swap it without verification headaches or frozen funds. I don't want to sell everything, just move a portion to USDT for now.

Is there a clean way to do this without KYC? Not trying to hide anything, just want to avoid explaining old coins to exchanges. Any advice from people who've been through this?

EDIT: Solved now, I used https://flake.exchange. Fast, no KYC, and swaps went through without issues. Thanks for the help.
