1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / SONM is the most undervalued coin of 2018, here's why on: April 22, 2018, 05:21:23 PM
I strongly believe SONM is going to go x20 this year, x50 before 2019 is over. Here's why:

Crypto mining is extremely expensive and energy consuming. Also, there are tons of companies outside the cryptoworld as well that need a lot of computing power to function, for example game servers, movie studios, research and development centers, scientific institutions, ... If SONM could power those markets through the network, it would save the world hundreds of billions a year.

Their whitepaper is the greatest one I've ever read, very detailed and clear.

The team is very skilled, active and transparant.

They've got a few great partnerships (dbrain, selectel, strorj, Aion, hacken, ...) and they're part of the open fog consortium and cloud28+ program.

My biggest argument however is the sheer lack of exposure and following this coin currently has, which is about to change; they're going to be speaking at the coindesk consensus event this may 17th. Last years consensus event sparked the december 2017 bull rally. As you know, some companies like IOTA spoke at the event, resulting in massive gains.That time, about 2000 people were in attendance. This year, Sonm will be among giants like VeChain, speaking to about 4500 people. The good thing about the consensus event is that it's barely a few weeks before Sonm crypto mainnet goes live in June. This will show non-crypto companies what sonm can do, which will get them excited to join the general mainnet going live in august. I believe this also will trigger incredible gains.

My estimates are that we'll see Sonm go x10 from here on out before june is over, and x20 before this year is over. What do you guys think?

Also, always DYOR, I've spent a lot of time reading about sonm and following them on all possible media, but that doesn't mean you should blindly follow my reasoning.

edit: I posted this in the wrong thread a few hours ago so you might see it twice.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Two Factor Authentication Lost Phone on: December 12, 2017, 08:50:35 PM
Hey guys, I was thinking today what would happen if I'd lose my phone, how would I get access to my binance/bittrex accounts if I have installed the 2fa?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Best coins to use for daytrading/swingtrading on: October 17, 2017, 12:10:34 PM
hey guys, what are some coins you use to trade on the shortterm with, maybe buy the dips, sell the highs on a weekly or even daily basis? I personally use:
* GAS
* NEO
* WTC
* XRP

I have money in these 4 so that if some of them are in strong bullish or bearish periods where I can't swingtrade, i can still use the other ones. Any other coins that are great for swingtrading?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Unable to claim gas on Neotracker on: October 15, 2017, 08:15:32 PM
Hey guys, I had trouble with my pc wallet so i turned to neotracker, I was able to transfer my neo to binance really quickly, and after I tried to claim the gas but I couldn't. Anyone else have experience with this?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Neotracker Can't Claim Gas on: October 13, 2017, 11:36:04 AM
Hey guys, since my wallet doesn't work properly anymore, I cashed out my NEO through Neotracker. I also had some gas left, but I wasn't able to cash that. Anyone have any idea what I can do about that?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / The higher the rise, the bigger the plunge (btc vs alts) on: October 12, 2017, 05:53:16 PM
With Bitcoin rising so fast and the alts losing so much due to a number of factors (bitcoingold and upcoming segwitx2, among others), I can't help but wonder WHEN it'll all come crashing back down. Obviously the alts are in a perfect accumulation state (already doubled my holdings of most alts including SONM), so I'm really not too worried about it, but this is a rise that cannot sustain itself.

My guess is by the end of october bitcoin will have dropped back from 6K to about 4.5K, which means about 20-25 billion dollars will flow out of the market, and some will flow right back into the cheap yet durable alts like NEO, SONM, ETH, LTC, ...

What do you guys think?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Antshares Wallet Incorrect Funds on: October 09, 2017, 09:58:26 PM
My antshares wallet says I have 72 Antshares in my balance, but I can only send out 2. Why is that and what can I do to fix it?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / What could be the use for DIMECOIN? on: October 03, 2017, 10:31:44 PM
What could be the use for Dimecoin? It's one of the cheapest coins on the market, they have a supply of pretty much half a trillion coins, they're quick, they're secure, they're safe, and they're coming out with a new wallet soon.

Now, what could be its main use?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Experience with Bounty Rewards? on: September 22, 2017, 02:18:32 PM
Anyone have experience with Bounty Rewards? How much coins can you expect to make on average? I just started doing bounty for Change Bank because I firmly believe in this coin, but now I'm curious how much you could make doing it? Thanks!
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Small Coins For Massive Profits? on: September 19, 2017, 10:53:37 PM
I recently decided to invest 50$ into buzzcoin (really small coin, barely anyone knows about them), because the value was about 10 sats so i figured what the hell, right. Now it just got a reasonable pump that made me almost 350$ in profits in less than 5 days.

How would you find coins like this on a rather regular basis, are there strategies people follow? I don't plan on investing large amounts of money in them, as I've got BTC, LTC, NEO and a few ICO's for that, but it's fun to look for small coins that haven't pumped yet and invest a couple tens of dollars in them.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Minereum x10 by the end of the year? on: August 07, 2017, 11:55:13 AM
Minereum is an ETH based token creation platform that will release a new version (MNE2) in the next few months (probably end of september). MNE is a great platform that will be used as a token creation service, smart self mining contracts, a world wide game like pokemon go, and more. The second version will only be purchasable with MNE1, and each time you buy, the first version gets burned. This will boost up the prices of both coins. Right now they're trading at 1.8$, but the ATH of 12,5$ was reached after 3 months. I believe this coin could rise to 15$ at least by the end of the year (when the minereum world app will be released)
14  Economy / Speculation / Why BTC will never be over 30K on: July 27, 2017, 10:14:20 AM
I've read a lot of articles about people claiming bitcoin will be worth millions in the future, for example John mcAfee recently said bitcoin will be 500K in 3 years.
Now, imagine if this was true, and it was in fact 500K/BTC. The total market cap would then be 10.500.000.000.000, or about 10 trillion dollars. This is an unbelievable and unachievable amount of money. Even if we ignore the market caps, imagine how many people would become rich? Millions would become millionairs, hundreds would become billionaires, all in a matter of 3 years. This would cripple the global economy as we know it.

My best guess is that, in 10 years, bitcoin might be around it's absolute peak of 30K, giving it a total market cap of about 630.000.000.000$, or 630 billion. The total market cap of cryptos would then be around 2 trillion if the some of the better alts gain more traction. I believe this is fairly realistic. This means BTC would have to rise with around 7 - 8$ a day.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / ETH in upcoming weeks (towards August 1st) on: July 18, 2017, 01:40:01 PM
Hey guys, I believe ETH could see a fall back to around 100$ as a result of the increasing FUD concerning the possible split. Basically ETH isn't doing all that well trustwise, as there have been a lot of rumors surrounding whales getting ready for a new dump, what do you think?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / STARTCOIN speculation on: July 18, 2017, 11:59:40 AM
What do you guys think of startcoin? IMO it's an excellent coin, and I'll tell you why:
* Limited supply of about 70 million coins, which is 20 mil less than ETH.
* Still very cheap but rising gradually at around 0.035$ (0.00001564btc) giving it a market cap of about 1,6 million.
* It hasn't gotten a decent pump in a long time
* Overall great concept of a crowdfunding coin that rewards supporters, could easily become the new standard of crowdfunding
* Proof of work features also used with bitcoin making it a very safe coin
* Holders and the supporters of projects get small amounts of the coin as a reward

My prediction is that it could definitely rise to 0.1$ by the end of this year easily, which would effectively triple your investment if you invest today. A 1$ START is within reach for 2018. Don't sleep on a coin with this much potential and such a low price
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Reason behind this dip? on: July 07, 2017, 03:37:41 PM
Reason for current correction? I've been away for a few days and was barely able to read up on the market when suddenly I see pretty much all coins in red? Why is that? I've already bought some extra coins here and there but I simply don't know why it dropped the way it did.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Poloniex transaction problems on: June 08, 2017, 02:06:52 PM
I tried to sell some SIA today, but it just kept buffering so I refreshed the page and the transaction didn't go through. Now about one hour ago I tried to buy some XEM, and the same things happened. It just keeps buffering. I see buy and sell orders go through constantly, but mine just keeps buffering. It's not even a large amount, around 350 XEM. What is going on with Poloniex?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Minereum (MNE) 400% growth in last couple of days on: June 02, 2017, 03:52:57 PM
Minereum grew from about 2.3$ to almost 10$ in a matter of days. I believe the world is slowly discovering this diamond in cryptos, and in my opinion it'll follow the same course as Ethereum did
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Minereum (MNE) Speculation on: May 30, 2017, 10:43:39 AM
What do you guys think about Minereum? To me it looks great, it's got a fixed supply, it's self mining, it's bound to ethereum which we know is very successful, ... my guess is it will blow up in the next couple of years
