s19pro temp fluctuating from 68C to 85C
brand new miner hashing but with crazy temp fluctuations, i dont suspect it'll live too long.

Issue is the fan RPM control.
First fans sit at 2800 rpm while temps rise to mid 80's 
Then fans increase to max at 6200 rpm
Finally temps drop to 60s-70s and fans slow to 2800rpm
repeat 

currently have the fans static at 100%  but would like a proper fix

anybody else seen this?
