1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / GlobalToken Mega-Algorithm pool listing campaign to promote decentralised mining on: November 20, 2018, 05:56:28 PM
GlobalToken Mega-Algorithm pool listing campaign to promote decentralised mining

Introduction
GlobalToken was launched in 2016 as a cryptocurrency meant to provide a means for fast online payments.
GlobalToken has 30 fully functional mining algorithms and also has merge-mining implemented.
Merge-mining allows miners to mine GlobalToken with other coins of the same algorithm without losing hashrate for either coins.

Campaign
The campaign is very simple. The purpose of the campaign is to promote the decentralisation of mining of GlobalToken.

Any pool operator that lists at least five algorithms of GlobalToken and enables merge-mining for the miners on their pool will be rewarded with 1000 to GLT to 2000 GLT subjectively depending on size of the mining pool.

Also, if the pool listing was facilitated by a user who doesn't operate the pool, the user will earn 200 GLT.

After the listing simply inform  @schyter#8307 on Discord( https://discord.gg/6zvvKHv ) OR @schyter on telegram (https://t.me/GlobalToken) about the pool listing  to earn your reward.
Get your special role in the discord when you join.

For example: If William writes a mail to AstralPool owner and tells them about GlobalToken mega algorithm and decentralised mining and AstralPool operator lists up to five algorithms and enables merge-mining for their miners then

William will be rewarded with 200 GLT. (there is no limit to the number of pools you can ask to list GLT)
AstralPool operator will be rewarded with up to 2000 GLT freely.

Note 1: campaign may be stopped at anytime depending on how effective it is.

Note 2: The pool reward will be given out to pool operators after  7 days of mining on the pool. This time span is merely to avoid spamming of pool listings that are scam based. Hopefully pool operators understand and wait patiently for reward which will surely be paid out.

Note 3: miners are duly encouraged to mine only on pools that pay out the merge-mined GLT to their GlobalToken wallets.

Pool operators are encouraged to pay out merge-mined GLT coins that rightly belongs to miners. Those that do not payout will not be eligible for this campaign.

Thank you

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / SCAMcoin List - With Substantial Reasons (Warning: No FUD) on: August 27, 2017, 11:06:38 AM
Cryptocurrency is growing. New coins are being added to coinmarketcap everyday. Some of these new coins are developed by people posed as good Devs but in actual sense are bad people with malicious intentions of scamming innocent people (especially newbies)

Feel free to report CryptoCurrency Exchanges as well

If you know such coins or people, please do not hesitate to announce about them on this topic.

In your post, please make sure to add clear and vivid reasons or proof of why they are scam.

I would like to entreat all contributors and readers of this topic to avoid creating unnecessary FUD simply because they do not like a particular crypto because your personal opinions, whims, dislike, or favoritism should not necessarily matter to everyone. however honesty and fact matters

To make the list readily and easily accesible, i will constantly update this post(at least once every 2 days) with the relevant posts of scamcoins. the list will be in this manner:

NAME of coin - Ticker/symbol - Link to relevant post which may be lost in the pages on this topic

If a crypto has been unfairly added to this list, pm me with a genuine counter reason to have it removed ASAP.

I really hope that this topic goes a long way to help clear the crypto space of unhealthy and malignant scamcoins

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / When did it ever make any sense to sell "money" for money - Stay away from ICOs on: August 27, 2017, 10:48:44 AM
I have participated in a number of ICO including humaniq, polybius, minexcoin silver.
But i have come to realize that no matter how legitimate they may look like, they are not worth the money you will give them.
Lately ICOs rip the crypto sphere of hundreds of millions of dollars.
They take our real money and give us tokens for us to move up and down within and accross exchanges...lol.
wake up guys!
