1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / 9Nyan Ascended to Credits Spread Thread, 240 posts max, Subject to increase! on: January 26, 2014, 08:25:43 PM
Welcome to the Credits spread thread.  Grin   ~ More coins being given out for basic posts. full block being given instead of smaller amount now! ~

You can receive Credits from this thread. 1 time per user/address, for a maximum of 240 posts altogether. (Subject to mass increase!)

Simply posting will receive the least amount of Credits, while contributing to the the project in some way will receive more Credits.

You can contribute by posting meme's for Credits to use in advertisement. Or flash videos, or even comic strips. Many other things could be done as well, but these are just a few good examples.

Please post in the following manner.

first of all, what ever it is you would like to say, followed with your Credits address. Then if you have anything to contribute, mention it, and have a link ready for us to use to view the contribution.

First come, first serve, but the best contribution in our eyes gets the largest pay out.

33.7 CRD for simply posting (Not qualified to win Mad Skills prize.)

67.4  CRD for posting a meme(All below qualified to win Mad Skills prize.)
101.1 CRD for a comic strip
337.0 CRD for a video

^ These must incorporate and promote Credits in some way. ^

And the Mad 1337 skills prize goes to the best entry for that week. a prize of 1337 CRD. Each person is entered to win when they post a submission of anything worthy of 33.7 CRD or more, but only the best will win. Once won, that person is removed from the prize pool and anyone else entered before has a chance to win again next week.
Simply put. 1337 will be given out once per week, but your submission keeps you in for all weeks this goes on for, until you win.

Also, last but not least, anyone who proves to be really really awesome, may be contacted by us to recieve the ultimate prize. Details are few though as we want to find real talent.

Have fun!

Also, come find us at  ---->   www.reddit.com/r/CreditCRD  <----  or the main thread  ---->   at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=432098.0   <---- and get your wallet.
we may be having another Spreadathon there in the near future as well. Details yet to be decided.
It would be a great place for everyone to keep in touch. Hope to see you all there.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / lost shares on coinotron.... 400+ ltc and near 300 trc shares are not accounted on: May 05, 2013, 02:13:10 AM
maybe im misunderstanding something, but unless my math is wrong, my shares should equal way more than what has been reported on the website. addmitedly i keep my worksize low as possible without nuking my hashrate so as to get as efficient a speed as possible, but is it possible that my shares aren't adding up because they aren't worth as much? i remember reading something about difficulty/workload=%share value or something like that. basically, i only get the same results as the pool's site if i lower my share count by about 75%... which sorta makes sense if a -w 64 for trc is too low, or -w 128 for ltc. that being said. if it isnt this... then what, cause im not going to keep doing this just to get cheated out of what is rightfully mined. if im doing something wrong with my worksize please say so. cause this is getting frustrating.

for instance. at current share value being .00335169~(314)= 1.05 rounded trc. but i only have 0.19rounded. now granted, it is RBPPS, so some may not have come through yet... but it is essentially the same issue with my ltc shares as well. not to mention as well, when i just went to check the values again after writing the last sentence, the value of trc has gone up to .005 rounded and then dropped to .0049rounded..... what is the problem here..... ive never seen it change that fast before... except when i was mining ltc a few nights ago. and lost over 400 shares...........

not happy. coinotron explain.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / what does the value of bitcoin need to be to become a real possible currency? on: April 20, 2013, 09:30:35 AM
Alright, so like the subject line say's: what does the value of bitcoin need to be to become a real possible currency?

I ask this because, it occures to me, that we are getting near the end of mining, for bitcoins at least... unless we somehow get to mine for more past 2017? max=21million.
So what do you all feel should be the final worth of the bitcoin (1.00BTC)?

I figure it should reach a figurative max of $1000, making the total bitcoin value 21,000,000,000.

but what if it goes higher? does anyone have anything to say on this, because on a few forums they talk about things like $40,000,000,000,000 and that is with them already splitting it into 8 decimal points. (0.00000001)/$?.

what if it goes higher?
5  Other / Beginners & Help / share your hashrate with system specs. compare with others. on: April 18, 2013, 03:27:56 PM
hey all, figured i would start a new newbie topic. picked this as i didn't see anything like it right away.

anyways here goes

Hashrate: 120-135Mh/s
GPU: Asus HD Radeon 7750 1GB. Overclocked from 800Mhz/1100Mhz to 900Mhz/1300Mhz respectively (maxed out CCC:Overdrive options)
Cpu: will fill when new cpu is installed in day or two. currently sitting with an amd athlon II dual core at 3.4 Ghz

hoping to up my hashrate by upgrading my gpu to a 7990 soon. and hopefully the new 8 core "vishera" 4.0Ghz amd am3+ cpu will help bring in some name/terra/lite coins in while i mash away at bitcoins as well.
anyone who can build and sell a 1gh/s asic miner. pm me.
