Hi, I am using Ledger for managing my ethereum wallet and it is working just fine for account 1 but it is not syncing for account 2 (BIP44).
The account which is syncing has around 1k transactions and the one that is not has around 15k transactions. I checked the wallet file in the syncing process and it is not increasing in size. The wallet says it is syncing but nothing happens for hours and I have tried this on two machines (macbooks).
What can I do to get the syncing process to start working?

Check the network window to ensure you are receiving data from nodes. Sometimes the sync process just takes a long time initially. You may want to try leaving it running overnight to see if it syncs up.
I have other wallets open in Electrum at the same time, including another account from the same Ledger Nano, and they all sync fine, except for the one in question. I've even tried re-creating the wallet for the other account (with 1000 txs) and it syncs in under a minute from scratch. I've tried automatic server selection, as well as explicitly selecting several particular servers. I've left it overnight. Nothing helps
Does Electrum have any logs I could check for some clues? Or any other ideas?
