BTC is still the market leader. Speaking of potential I think that only ETH is a coin that can compete with BTC in the future. But in my future, ETH will be able to achieve the BTC value as it is now. i still think the value of bitcoin is not about the technologies anymore, bitcoin has survived for more than 9 years and all that time, many altcoins have been born to replace bitcoin but all failed, Bitcoin is still the best and most popular until now, so no matter how good the technologies or how much potential it can be, without the supports from community, altcoins can never defeat bitcoin in the future. |

my opinion is that rightnow is a good chance for us to invest Cardano, more and more experts believe Cardano can be the best opponent to ETH becasue it is born after ETH and has better technologies to defeat ETH in the future so we can invest in Cardano at this moment, andhold until a good time for cardano to rise.

ADA is worth 1/10th of ETH in terms of market cap, but has so much more potential. Completely lost my confidence in ETH as new ICO's on decline, unknown inflation etc etc.
i think you can sell some ETH to buy Cardano(ADA) but not all of your ETH because ADA is still very young now and not everything about ADA is great, it is still not perfect, we need more time to see real life's values of ADA, therefore it is still better if we buy ETH for long term and just sell a little to hold ADA for long term. |

i think if you want to invest for long term, then using 5 ETH is enough although it is not too much, we just have to find a really good altcoin that will be worthy in the future. i suggest you should choose ADA or NEO, they are the most mentioned about the altcoins that have potential to be the best in the future. So rightnow they maybe weak but i can sure they can be the most popular altcoins .

i think Ripple is a very potential altcoin that is worthy to hold for long term, we all know Ripple has just been born last year but until now, it has risen from 0.0046$ to 0.68$, a huge percentage when we compare to other altcoins in just a year, even more than ETH in a year, so i believe Ripple still have the great chance to bring us more profit for many years form now.

i think ICO is still a great choice for investors in this forum for many years from now, ICOs in the future may need fund raising so the role of ICO is very important, however i don't think Bounty will be needed in the future while bounty is just a way to promote ICO, there have been so many ICO success without bounty so i guess we may dont need bounty anymore in the future,

i think the profit we get may depend on the the project itseft and the exchange which has listed the new coin, because investors usually buy token in ICO before it is listed on exchanges so they still have profit even when ICO is scammed, and some exchanges no matter how good is the token, it will always be dumped at the first moment is listed on the exchange, so it is quite a lucky game.

They go crazy because a lot of people have made a great deal of money just this past year so they want in on it. They see it as a fast way to make a huge profit and not as a long term investment.

because the market price of BTC is more stable than the selling price of ETH.
and BTC provides more benefits.

i think we should never expect ETH to reach 2k$ in a short time, not any altcoin can reach that fast, because there won't be any pumps that much in short time, rightnow the price of ETH is 720$ and still a long way to reach 2000$, it is possible but i think not in this year, perhaps in next year, moreover, the potential of ETH can be much more than 2000$ in next few years, so be patient, holding ETH will bring you profit in the future.

perhaps, altcoin have more opportunities, than at bitcoin.
there is blocktime which is shorter, than bitcoin, have faster speed of transaction, for example, the smart contract for ethereum, etc.
i dont think so, altcoins only have advantages that they are more advance and modern technologies, but most of them don't have real value or sometimes just copied from other altcoins, so investors don't really care about altcoins so much, in contrast, the limited supply of btc is 21 million making it unique and rare to own, the volume of bitcoin everyday is always at top no matter how obsolete it is. As long as bitcoin is still rising everyyear, it is still more worthy to invest than altcoins. |

investing for long term is great choice for investors who want to save more money and waiting for rising profit in the future, or for some people too busy to trade cryptos everyday, or their fund is too little. This is quite a good choice for anyone who want to play a safe way in this market but it takes us a very long time, and not everytime we can get profit or patient enough to see the price rises. So in suggest you should work on both Trading and Holding long term at the same time to increase the chance to have profit all the time. |

For me i prefer pre sale over public sale because pre sale is one good sale before entering public sale. Discounts are certainly very influential in this regard. Ordinary people prefer pre sale compared to public sale.
i think there are reason why people love pre-sale then public sale, the benefits that we can buy more token than the same money we could buy at public sale or the pre-sale token can be bought cheaper than public sale, however the risk is up to us, if the investors don't see the good potential of the project anymore or the pre-sale failed, we may not loss money if the ICO didn't give back our money. |

i dont think so, it will not going to happen that fast, we are having a very bad down trend of entire market and will not easy to rise back fast but may take a very slow, moreover, recent news from Upbit exchanges inspected and Mt Gox sold 8000 BTC had effected the market badly, and still need a long time to recover, but am glad ETH has stopped dropping anymore, i believe it may rise again very soon and possibly reach 1k$ at the end of this year.

this is really ridiculous, Waves can never be able to kill ETH even in the future, you know, volume of Waves everyday is very little compared with it used to be, because Waves ICOs are scamed very much, most ICOs from Waves platform are scams due to waves are too weak in security protocols. so investors have lost hope on Waves and invest in ETH instead, ETH is evolving everyday to adapt with new world, so i believe ETH will be the winner in this competition.
