Binance was not hacked but every centralized exchanges can be hacked, besides that most things are hackable you can just decrease the possibility of that by taking some measures but not say it is fully safe.

I agree with that it is all about team, it really does not matter how much money raised in the ico, for example: ptoy, it has raised $7m but has literally not team though project is very good it is doing nothing.

It is not possible, because most tokens worth nothing after ico and they are basically worthless this is why they pay with tokens instead of usd. USD is real money tokens are not.
