1  Local / Бayнти и aиpдpoпы / Re: ОБНОВ!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fishing out scam projects PART 2 on: July 08, 2019, 01:59:32 PM
These recommendations are as old as the world. Especially since the ICO is almost dead, and the exchanges organizing the IEO carefully check the projects before raising funds.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many people will fall for BitConnect 2.0 on: July 08, 2019, 01:52:01 PM
I dont understand why this shit back in action after they turning scam way back a year. If people stil fall to Bitconnect then this shit will make money again. Dont trust this Bitconnect anymore or else you want to gone your money!!

They are counting on new people who are just getting acquainted with the world of cryptocurrencies and have never heard anything about this project. And I think a lot of people will get hurt.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaign After Getting Listed on: July 08, 2019, 01:39:26 PM
It's important for them to have bounty especially if they believe that it'll give them more exposure to the community.

That's about the never stopping advertisement and exposure so investors will never forget about them. That's how marketing goes, once you stop there's a tendency that the marketing you've made will eventually forgotten. But if you will continue, there's a chance that people will have your coin stick to their minds.

This is true. But if the developers developed their project and concluded good partnership agreements, it would be possible to do without repeated bounty campaigns and other marketing. If the project develops and introduces new products and technologies, it will always be talked about and remembered.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: July 07, 2019, 04:16:12 PM
Simply because there is no point in selling them anyway. Its very cheap as if its worthless. Also most of them are not listed anywhere so there is no way you can get rid of them. It will remain on your wallet whether you like it or not. You'll never know, one day when you wake up, your coin might have some value. But don't keep your hopes up. Better move on.
On shit coins generally can not get hung up their our attention. If you once were lucky, and you successfully traded some sort of shit coin, this does not mean that it will always be like this. In any case, you need to quickly get rid of overt scam coins.

You're absolutely right! There was a time when I carefully stored every token issued on the Ethereum blockchain. Now, participating in the bounty, I am trying to sell such tokens as soon as they are on any exchange.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: July 07, 2019, 04:01:35 PM
I think it's high time projects know that they cannot rely solely on bounty and airdrop as a means of promotion. A lot of projects launch and they rely on their bounty campaigns and airdrop to help bring in investors and therefore fail to reach their softcap.

I never said bounties are not effective but it should only be used to create and reward their community not to bring in investors. If a project wants to promote it crowdsale then the team should deploy real promotional means like paying top influencers, attending conferences, advertisements on top sites like coinmarketcap, etc. Because no matter how good the project is, if it can't market properly then it won't reach its goals and if a project is mediocre but have a top notch marketing program, it will succeed beyond expectations.

That is, you want to bury the whole meaning of bounty campaigns, when an ordinary person can participate in advertising and make money on it? In the case of hiring influential people and ordering advertising, bounty will lose all meaning. Advertising is not always effective and is very expensive. Therefore, many campaigns do not abandon the bounty and do the right thing.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bounty Programs Really Work? on: July 07, 2019, 03:45:30 PM
actually the bounty has helped a bit in marketing a project, but now it seems that investors are more interested and will get information easily through advertisements on crypto websites or magazines

This is a very controversial issue! If the bounty campaigns were not effective, they would be abandoned by absolutely all projects. But there are a lot of hyped and popular projects that use bounty campaigns for advertising. And this indicates the effectiveness of the bounty.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many Shady Bounty Campaigns that are Locking Bounty Tokens for1Year Without Ann! on: July 05, 2019, 10:13:53 AM
You yourself write that bounty managers announce the blocking of tokens at the last moment. Then how is it possible to find out about it at the very beginning of the campaign??
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protecting Your Computer? on: July 05, 2019, 09:42:28 AM
It's simple. Do not store private keys, important passwords on a computer that has access to the network. Yes, maybe this is inconvenient. But it is extremely safe.

You just do not go to phishing sites, as 90% of the stolen keys users provide themselves. To store on a separate computer all data of course well, but not everyone can afford to have 2 computer.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Volatility in Cryptocurrency Market on: July 04, 2019, 08:21:35 AM
We all know that the crypto market is volatile. Given this volatility, most of the coins go up and down in no time. It does happen whenever there is a good or bad news surrounding cryptocurrency. For instance, bitcoin reached at its peak of $20000, and dropped as low as $3700 in a short period. Again bitcoin increased high due to Facebook issuing its digital currency called Libra.

In the first Libra has not yet been released, and secondly the news about the planned release of Libra did not affect the growth of bitcoin. This is the market, bitcoin groped the bottom, now its rate began to grow. This has been repeated many times since its inception.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another Scamming Trick. on: July 04, 2019, 07:53:22 AM
I've been hearing this for a while until it really happened to me ,I was promoting a bounty project and after a week I decide to check my spreadsheet to see if I've been approved or not ,well guess what I found? Someone else signed up for the bounty using my btt account info excluding only my wallet address ,swapped with another ETH address.

This is another tricks some scammers are pulling on this forum, getting someone to work for them while they sit back and get paid for work they never do.

Always make sure you check the spreadsheet of the bounty project you are promoting from time to time, who knows? You might be the next victim.

This warning is especially for newbies ,I bet they don't know that something like this can be put in motion so be careful.

Bounty managers are responsible for this, they should double check if there are cheaters in their list, bounty hunters now are fully much aware of this, that is why they implement, posting authentication this is to make sure only participants can get in, but still double check your entries.

I had this situation. My bounty on the campaign was transferred to a fraudulent wallet. And when I started writing about this situation bounty Manager, he just ignored me. As a result, I was left with nothing. So it all depends on the bounty Manager.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 gives birth to too many shitcoins on: July 03, 2019, 05:36:20 AM
You're right, a lot of crappy coins are issued every day on the ERC 20. But the whole point of Ethereum is to make a decentralized system, and issuing shitty coins is the consequences of decentralization. Nothing can be done about it, otherwise, when restricting or filtering the release of new tokens, the system will partly lose its decentralization.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware - Resurgence of previously inactive projects on: July 02, 2019, 05:56:55 PM
There has been a revival of activity on some projects who had gone cold with little to no activity on their different media channels during the crypto winter - leaving their own communities clueless on the status of these projects. I thought it would be good if the crypto-community would be more aware of this because it could be a red flag and a sign that these projects don't really care about their stakeholders.
I also noticed that these projects have started to actively work after crypto winter. But alas, only those participants who know about these projects will bypass them. You can make a blacklist, but only a few will see it.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: July 02, 2019, 05:52:39 PM
Facebook is the antithesis of everything Satoshi stood for.

Should we, as the crypto community, boycott their effort?

I wouldn't be surprised if Facebook tried to use their massive wealth and lobbying arm to try and push for laws that favored their crypto and somehow harmed others.

It wouldn't be the first time that a company had engaged in lobbying and rent-seeking to harm competitors.

This could possibly happen but how are we going to boycott and stop it, they have the platform and community and of course products where they can use their own cryptocurrency, it will just be laid out to these platforms, so whether we like it or not, they are going to make an impact.

And you thought that the release of the libra crypto currency will be just a huge step towards the adoption of the crypto currency by the world, even if not in the form that Satoshi nakomoto wanted.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: July 01, 2019, 06:19:48 PM
Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.

Blindly trust it is impossible, in any case. I know many examples when a legendary user was a Manager of scum bounty campaigns or just supported scum projects, for a fee. And knowing that this Scam, in advance. And there are very worthwhile projects that are announced by new users.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is the best exchange to start a new altcoin? on: July 01, 2019, 04:39:48 PM
On an exchange where in there's a large volume of Bitcoins, have a 24/7 service support, secured website, licensed, known and reputable exchange such as Binance, Bit-z, etc. you can take a peek on this website https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ but most of those exchanges have a requirements to every project or company so your project should completed all the requirements the exchange is asking for.

To get to Binance you need to have a really worthwhile product. The user who asks about exchanges is clearly a beginner and I think that he asks about the most simple but reliable exchanges. I would recommend a decentralized exchange like Idex.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just A Simple Trick on: June 30, 2019, 06:50:35 PM
Do you realize that a few people are really dumping off certain tokens on certain exchanges and these tokens are accessible on other huge exchanges with better volume?

This is another method for exchanging and making benefits ,for instance refereum token is accessible on bitmart with low volume and numerous brokers on there are dumping at less expensive rate ,I get some with btc and send from bitmart to gate.io and I already get 15% more $$$ by selling.

Have you tried that yourself?? In theory, this is true, but in fact, as long as you make transactions the price can be leveled and you earn a penny. And do not forget about the different Commission on each of the exchanges.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: June 30, 2019, 06:42:04 PM
BNB will be at the top of its fame only as long as there are IEO. How long will exist IEO is unknown, because the projects are becoming more and more and it is more similar to HYIP projects. In the world of crypto-currencies, there are too many scams of projects and this can very soon lead to the collapse of the existing system.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Beware of ieo exchanges on: June 30, 2019, 06:36:18 PM
All bounty haters now should be quiet. IEO tokens do not need bounty campaigns, so there are not bounty participants that can dump the tokens. So why there is also dump that decreases the token value? Because the token is probably useless?
I would mention few realities about the IEO I have been reading about. IEO is probably the best fundraising mechanism so far in the history of crypto. The reason is that investors find it very trustworthy to invest in IEO because the exchange promises the best project which could gain value. So once the exchange accepts a project and conduct IEO, the investors know that there is going to be value addition.

I do not like the IEO, because there are restrictions on the minimum Deposit in the project. If I do not have a certain number of tokens on the balance of the exchange, then I can not invest. It's sad.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Know when to stop a HODL/HOLD on: June 29, 2019, 06:55:14 PM
Once the price of the coin you hold gone to the bottom, you won't have any option than to hold it because you will loss if you sell it.
This is why we must know the sign when we have to sell it before too late.
Most peoples usually don't want to sell it at loss, but we should be able to do it to avoid the bigger loss later.

I'd rather lose money than sell a coin for nothing. After all, if it ever grows up, I may regret the sale. Why would I cents now if I can in the future earn a lot.
