1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Monero mining Dunno's on: August 27, 2017, 05:13:01 AM
I am mining Monero with a 4 core i7. if the TOTAL hashpower is, which it was before I logged out, then quickly logged back in with the miner after corrections, 0.25579213 XMR is what is SAID in Monero' Dwarfpool. I was only mining for 3 Quarters of an hour. Wonder if this was right or if 3.306548 XMR was paid already to me after the ALREADY PAID was stated and this one beside it.

Catch is, I really upgraded drastically from an OLD Quad core. I do see a huge difference between the old and new.  Is this possible, wierd. Oh! And the cores are SPEED-ENABLED. Possibly the AES-NI would be enabled, IF I understand correctly. On other coins, the AES-2 worked w/o failure.

EDIT! Once more, I checked and the quoted amount was CAD .60 cents at this second in time worth of Monero. I can't even FATHOM my new computer. (is dizzy)
EDIT, again!

Again, I may have up to 30+ CAD worth of Monero in a hour, ACCORDING to the calculation tried with calculators. Sez i got over 3 Monero right away. I cannot believe this ^&*#! I can't understand, or else my processors are too **** good!

Oh yea. another edit, still.

I should make near 1 XMR a DAY FULL OF MINING, A QUOTE IN THE "CLOCK-SPEED HAS SO FAR ESTIMATED. cOULD GET EVEN BETTER. Cant wait to do a week of this to see what happens."COULD" have 100CAD cash worth of BTC by Fri or Sat this weekend coming.
2  Other / Off-topic / I "feel" so ******* stupid so bad. on: August 27, 2017, 04:31:34 AM
I misprinted a tcp thing in a XMR config BAT. I hate not surefire KNOWING it REALLY needed a part in it! Now I feel bad (stupid) for not seeing that coming. FOUND out what happened and corrected it up. Then good things began to happen. Now I am getting on 4 CPUs roughly avg. 240 Khs on Monero. on 4 of the cpus.
EDIT!

I ran my 4 regular cores and screamed like a ^%^ when the mining cores went to 4300 Khs. I ran a calc saying this and In 1 WK, I would have 0.04 of a bitcoin if it WERE ACTUALLY right. Now I have to see if I can raise the cores to the 6-7 cores of my i7 to see if it will do that. I am so excited.  It &^&&&& PAID to get an new i7! I am crying in nervous happiness.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Very. PROUD of my new CPU on: August 26, 2017, 06:40:49 AM
AES Ni2 capable. Already seemingly activated. 8 Hyperthread Cores in 4 CPU heads, so to speak. Made over 60khs in mining for 1/2 + of the cores. This was for Magi XMG coin. 60Khs per incidence in a few cores. Every little bit helps. Also, I pay NOTHING for electricity. Lucky me on that part. Will try to save up to get a GPU or Asic to expand out even more. Can't wait in my fledgling mining journey again.

Update: I NEVER in 1K+ years expected to hit 95-100Khs on my good i7,s. Nopers. I thought 50 rough-average would be it. Was settled in for that. OMG!  I about keeled over on that count because I only tempered any expectation, as seen within the hour previous speeds of 50 Khs. I never could dream an increase in speed like that. OYE VAY!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: New i7 =8 threader buying in morning. on: August 25, 2017, 06:22:14 AM
Dunno how late for a believed to be 3770 3.4 ghz CPU.  Would that make much difference between what was previously stated and what I found out ?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / New i7 =8 threader buying in morning. on: August 25, 2017, 12:02:29 AM
Good news!  New i7 is going to be here tomorrow by noon!   What CPU coins will be able to be mined with this. I also have to determine if AES NI is able to be enabled in the BIOS when I get it in.  I can't wait for the computer!  After I check my bank, that's when we,ll go and get it all.  Cheesy
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are desktop and mobile wallets always safer than online wallets? on: June 10, 2017, 04:27:32 AM
As soon as I gain a substantial amount of BTC, through trade from savings from misc faucets of allsorts and the like, I do want to get those hardware wallets. THOSE> I believe are one of the safest options.
