That's the age old question. I tend to sacrifice the poorest performing coin to release some more BTC to trade with...

Bitcointalk and Twitter which will then lead into Telegram/Slack. There's loads of ICO's now and there are some good ones but just do your own research rather than following someone else's advice. I've found some good ICO's that haven't had a massive response but have provided a good return.

Is there any more information available on the team and what their previous experience is?

Like Music related projects, good luck.

Like the idea of the idea of the project but would be more convinced if there was someone with music industry experience on the team.

It's investment. You invest for their project by buying their tokens and the value of tokens would be proportional to profit of the project. Most of the ICO's are profitable as their price would increase on reaching the market. But some of them are total scams which would lead your investment to nothing. So, study about the project before investing.
Yep sound advice..some ICO's can be very profitable. They get negative comments as there a few scams, if you do your own research you should be fine. Dont rely on others to do it for you.

I 've been trying to find out all the things that would lead me to spot the wining ICO, meaning an ICO that will not just enter a the platforms to make a quick buck.
An ICO I can really HODL.
I have gathered the below up to now:
The founders are working on something great, with details on their design and their roadmap. The founders are not worried with deadlines, but are making changes when necessary to ensure the safety of their project. The founders know their project of by heart. They can answer logical questions. They love it when people ask them about their project and the details of the development. The founders could be promising the world, but not tomorrow. If they are promising you to become rich tomorrow, something looks bad.
Looking forward to enhance my list. I will add your ideas to the above list.
Agree with all of the above, I also tend to invest in ICO's with a low market cap and ICO's that have set a max cap.

If you are new to the market then i think you should not rush to make an investment decision when you are still inexperienced. You should find out everything about altcoin that you want to invest, I will give you some projects for you to research and make your own decision: reality clash, change bank, bitjob and these projects are still running ICO. In addition, some altcoins are available on the market such as ETH, ETC, NEO, Rivetz, AHT, etc ... My advice to you is to learn thoroughly before making an investment decision.
Yes exactly. Best to do your own research first rather than relying on the the opinions of others. No substitute for thorough research...and remember to patient.

this is the wild west. There can be scams that have alot of time put into them. They can have a great website, "great dev." lay it on real thick and turn out to be a scam. There is also small coins that are honest and have potential just dont have the right marketing. So you decide.
Yep agree, plenty of small projects with great potential but don't have the marketing budget.

Always do detailed research on the team and read through the Whitepaper. I have seen several ICO's that have team members that don't seem to exist anywhere...and people still invest in them! Check If they have any 'real world' presence or associations with an existing real world businesses.
Also check the amount they are raising and if there has been a max cap applied.
I have had some success with ICO's but they have have all had a low market cap and haven't been trying to raise more than around $7m.

A real positive for your project that your team has experience in the music industry unlike other music related projects. Will continue to monitor progress up to the ICO date,

Looks like a well presented project. However, Id question why you would give away so much in bonuses. Surely this devalues the project in the eyes of an investor.
