Now Prime-ex is starting to really get a lot more attention. Glad to get in early. I was reading more on Panama and it is a fascinating place. I know now more why now they have chosen Panama, because of the Panama Canal the amount of expats increases almost every year. It's time Prime-ex start housing them! :-)

I know that the primary markets are Americans, but on their site I do see that they mention European markets. I find that myself being in the Caribbean , over the years I have seen many Europeans now starting to travel more to the west. Before the more popular destinations for Europeans were Tenerife, which actually is a great place for Prime-ex to consider. I have been there and I believe that they may be a very good Market in the Canary Islands for Prime-ex.

It was a great ICO, very well organized team. I found it to be one of the best ICO's conducted and their bounty campaign was amazing as well.

All the pre-requisites of a investment with good returns Prime-ex has them all. the buy back is appealing as well. And I do not see a single other crypto in real estate doing that.

They have a very experienced and reliable team. This ICO has a solid backing. One thing I like about them is that they have kept a very good communication with investors as far as I am concerned. Building a ICO isn't only about the funds contributed, ofcourse that is the meat of the whole thing, But building relations along the way helps to gain momentum and builds a foundation for Prime-ex going forward . They have taken all the right steps.

Yeah the video will definitely attract a large crowd, but with more of the hands on videos and the property itself people get really excited about that.

And now we hopefully might get a video of the property itself. Or even like a layout of what some of the homes might look like. Probably in the future after the ICO. Really excited of what is yet to come. :-)

They were very precise on how they want to move forward and they did speaking about how they are also planning to expand to other countries.

From what I know , like I know a lot of distributors in Panama, now a lot of those people like to hire local but also people from other countries, you have containers coming in from all over the world, So a lot people come to Panama 1 - to make purchases from distributors and 2 - to move there and open their own companies. Of course this is just a percentage of the people moving to Panama. Many people looking for just a great retirement home as well. Prime-ex is really going to be able to have a great target market once launched. I have no doubt that this project is going to take off!

They were saying earlier that they plan to expand to many other cities, maybe in Indonesia is a good place as well and many other places in central and south america I am guessing.

I joined this ICO I would say from the beginning, and I have seen such a great response. It's amazing that with a great team the progress shows.

Yeah I have been wanting a nice live stream of the land, it would be nice to see it on a stream and I think you would get so much attraction right away. Another thing I wanted to know about the laws on cryptocurrency in Panama? I am guessing they are more relaxed.
