hello,

nice API, I really like it.

just something annoying:
when a rig has rebooted, even when I went to details, it is still in red, and the dash board still signal a problem.
I don't understand how to say to the API "I saw it, now go all back to green".
Sometimes it works, sometimes not, I d'ont understand how this work.

thx

If you use config file then show config file, otherwise command line arguments

this is my config :

[common]
algo=144_5
pers=BgoldPoW
#devices=0 1 2 3
templimit=90
color=1 ; enable color output
watchdog=1
pec=0 ; enable power efficiency calculator
api=10555 ; enable API, to view statistics navigate to http://localhost:10555 in your browser
logfile=miner.log

# Main pool
[server]
host=eu-de02.miningrigrentals.com
port=3333
user=Dark0opa.11XXXX
pass=x

# Failover pool, you can specify unlimited number of failover pools
[server]
host=us-east01.miningrigrentals.com
port=3333
user=Dark0opa.11XXXX
pass=x

if I put auto instead of BgoldPoW i have the error message

X are normally numbers

Hello,
is there a way to make equihash 144.5 --pers auto work on miningrigrental?
I have this error :

Connection Error : stratum server does not support "--pers auto"

thx

win 7, 1060 3G, latest drivers, gminer 1.22 and 1.25
Hello,

Please show command line options, I'll check
thank you very much.
what do you mean by command line option? my config.text?

thx

Hello,

first, congratz, for 144.5 on 1060 3G (win7) your miner is the best, by far (35-39 sol/s, depending of oc and quite stable)

I have two questions :
-is it possible to use it for renting site like miningrigrentals? the "--pers" parameter doesn't work in auto.
-is there an Ethman equivalent? free API that will send email if a rig is off or too slow

thanks

Why is that important? The reason the share is stale is because there was latency between you and the pool, a function of your internet connection, not a specific GPU. Just because the state share originated from a particular GPU doesn't put that GPU at fault.
i'm used to correct the rejected shares buy lowering the oc

Hello, is there a way in claymore to see wich GPU make the rejected shares like in phoenix miner?

thx

edit : rejected, not stale shares

with memory at only 1850Mhz, 27Mhs is not bad

Hi, I'm thinking of selling my 2 gh/s ethash farm.

but, because of how I pay the electricity and the space I use, I have to sell it all, not bit by bit (at least the GPUs).

I have 35 1060 3Go with the good memory (24.5 to 25 Mh/s on ethash) from summer 2017
12 RX570 4Go from november 2017
22 RX580 4Go and 2 570 4Go from january 2018
4 RX470 from april 2017
11 6 PCIe motherboards and 2 of 5.

It is splitted in 2 1 Ghs rigs on miningrigrental with a DPI score of 100/100 for both.

at least 10cm between avery cards and air conditionned offices.

would you be interested in all or are you more in seach of 1 or 2 rig maximum?
If you are interested, i can you make you an offer and give you more details Smiley

see ya

edit : I'm in France

hi,

I have a problem, some times, on win7, the miner crash and I have a error message fron windows. if I just choose "yes", the miner restart by himself. Is it possible to not have the windows error and have the miner just restart by itself like claymore?

thx
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 3.0c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Windows) on: August 22, 2018, 03:18:28 PM
hello, I have a problem with the 3.0c on windows 7 with 1060 3G

all my 1060 rigs works well with 2.9 but none works with 3.0c

it launch one or 2 cars and then, "thread not responding, restarting" and does a loop, always restarting, not able to launch the 6 cards.

it does that on all my win 7 1060 rigs. No problem on win10 with AMD cards

thx

hello

I think yesterday I lost 1 zen but I don't really understand why.

I have an old zen node with 1 Zen on the shielded adresse. because now you just need 0.05 zen, I tried to send about 0.95 zen on my ledger nano S (using the chrome app)

As a lazy asshole, instead of creating a new address, to my wallet, I just looked at the last transaction that went in and took the destination address :
https://explorer.zensystem.io/address/znf5bszuBwfU2AWaTTeBVYLdFGD2zDQkmPn

so I sent my zen on this address. i don't know what this address is but apparently it automatically send away the zen to stay at 0 balance...
the transactions appears anywhere and my zen seems to go from addresses to addresses, ssent automattically as it arrived. All transparent addresses.

Where the fuck did I sent my zen on?!

thx

Hello, I have downgraded my 1060 3G rigs to windows 7 for them to work but I have a wierd behaviour.

Sometimes, on some rigs, the average hahsrate poolwise is very low, about half what it should be. The miner show normal hashrate but with big downswings on regular basis. The CPU seems to be used a lot, all by claymore with lots of spike at 100% use. I had a rig which did that right away, I had one which worked for 2 month and that started to have this behavour 2 days ago (no change were made).

tried lastest drivers and 382.53.

I don't have that problem with phoenixminer 2.9c. I had no problem with W10.

do you have an idea of the origine?

thanks

The thing is, no other rig have the same behaviour. They have the same cards, same OS, same drivers, same CPU...

Is anyone have an idea?

Ethermine performance with Claymore.

Hello fellow miners.
I'm currently running some 10 day comparative testing, two identical rigs, identical hardware, same number of GPUs etc, (more on that later), but as it happened yesterday another GPU arrived, and it happened to bring the overall gpu count to an odd number.

So as I didn't want to upset the comparative test by having 1 more GPU running on one rig than the other, I decided to start a second instance of claymore, (using only this single GPU), and so as not to mess up the graphs at ethermine, I targeting this single GPU at ETC.

What is interesting is, after 24 hours, and allowing for the 6h average to normalise, this single instance, one GPU, is averaging above my local hash rate, while ETH is consistently lower.

Now, by no means can any conclusions be drawn at this stage, but it got me wondering....

So, for the next test, I'm going to configure 8 claymore instances, single GPU each, and go head to head with the other rig, running one claymore instance with 8 gpu.

I'm wondering if/how/what ethermine is doing differently, that single gpu instance is local hashing at 32.15, rock solid, but the @pool average in the last 12 hours, 35.25~33.6MH/s. (plus 7%!)

While the other rig, is running at -4%

Have any of you guys experienced something like this, or can point me to previous comparison tests?

Cheers

well, I already had my farm with more hashrate on 24 hours than supposed to. Wait another 24/48 hours to be sure it is not just randomness.

What are ou testing? pool or miner?

did someone tried with the new windows update?

because the problem comes from windows, it may be better now (dreams are cheap Cheesy )

that is not the point....

and ETH is more profitable if you have samsung memory. I have between 24.3 and 24.9Mhs with my 1060

for 1060 3Gb, driver 382.53 works and will work for epoch 185 but not for 186.

if someone find drivers that can do 186 or more, please share (maybe olders drivers).

to test it is easy: -benchmark 186
