How many here are still investing in XMR?
I remember when BTC was at $500 after it crashed from $1000 and was thinking that it was "too expensive" to invest. Boy was a wrong.
Is $400 XMR "too expensive" or is it still a bargain?
Not sure why people ask these questions about if somethings still cheap or expensive, in essence asking whether it will go up or down No one.. NO ONE knows anything about which way this market will go up/down/sideways otherwise they would be multi millionaires and probable billionaires. Do your own research and invest accordingly .... Troll behavior is meant to take advantage of your emotions. There's not nearly enough fear right now for them to capitalize on. However, when the price falls below 50% of the ATH, the noise will start to increase. In a way, trolls are a representation of our inner uncertainty, which grows stronger as external reinforcement declines (deep, isn't it?). So if dash has 4000 nodes (dont know the exact number) and each requires 1000 dash to run, does that mean 4 million out of 7, is not in the market and its way less liquid than it seems? If that is the case, no wonder it jumps so rapid

My thought was "downtrend walonek must have commented about this drop", lo and behold he's back crying wolf. Predicted this like predicted NoMore correction. Not impressed. All I see here is that we are now, probably, in a bull market. Probably? I think now is the btc fall to the core. Yep maybe nomore/btc bulltrend. Unfortunately not good for btc. I said i invest in more promising and more speculative coin? I did when this short was closed. And i do not regret. Guess what gets more when btc is falling. Yes, probably, because nobody can predict the future with 100% accuracy, and you blew your credibility with words like "NoMore will do this or do that". And i can see now you start to use "I think" and "maybe" Good for you, sir, you started to learn that ppl wont listen to your certain "knowledge" of speculation. Basics of quality trolling, get your shit together. |

the future is looking very bright for monero, put on your sun glasses guys  Interesting set of words coming out of Moon Man, but I agree to some degree and would like to quote gicafranaru from reddit "...most of the people hiding money in tax heaves do so to avoid paying somewhere around 10-50% tax on their money. No sane rich person would put all his hidden money in cryptocurrencies for now, the volatility risk is way bigger than the tax they would have to pay in their home country. Cryptocurrencies will be considered as alternatives when they mature, and volatility will drop to an accepted level of risk." So we still have a hill to climb. Another good one for this occasion: "We are on top of the mountain and we are only half way there". Considerating that the crypto volatility tends to be like plus 100% every 4 months I can see this process self sustanly accelerating. So letīs say they only try with 1% of his hidden money at the beginning. Crypto also has this natural addictive property and snowball effect. If you consider as well that global economy is about to totally and catastrophically collapse sometime in the coming 24 to 48 months it seems like we have the perfect storm ahead I mean i'm more than happy for them to join the boat with anything, just probability of hiding 1% instead of looking for offshore "bank" or 3rd party for 100% is just not rational. Sure maybe you would want to dip toes into the water to see if it works. If we add collapse into the mix i'm sure it's because dollar is not world's reserve currency anymore and hyper inflation is kicking in, so ppl would have much more to think about than rising XMR price in inflating dollars. |

Out into bitcoin after over 1 year HODL. 0.016 the target in next two weeks. Probably going into another more mainstream cryptocoin in next alts upsurge. Most dissapointing crypto of the bigger alts.

Monero market somehow is extremly fucked up. Basicly i goes likes this: 1. One or two huge green candles in no time without building momentum 2. 200 red candles ultimate dumpage 3. Repeat Feels like a 2 BTC volume shitcoin No offence, monero is one of my favorite but this feels a bit strange... To be fair XMR price is always rising in the long run and shitcoins are zombies after the dump. Non taken sir, I rly like comments like these for some reason. 1. Ofc it's subjective, but it depends on what time frame charts you are using. I use daily, and I haven't seen "ultimate dumpage" since Sept. 14. 2. I can't see anything strange in XMR movement. All coins are "chilling", although BTC in starting to shake. Strange would be all up, XMR down. 3. Thinking that XMR somehow different to average speculator is wrong. "To be fair XMR price is always rising in the long run" True, but that's not only XMR who does that. Top 20 market cap coins go up in the long run, because dumb money just try to get rich fast and does not do their homework before pulling the trigger. So "low volume shitcoin" would apply not only to XMR but also DASH, ZEC, LTC... LTC has 1000 BTC volume on polo atm and 400 the day before. Ain't that shit? |
