161  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just airing some frustration and some facts about BTCPOP on: April 21, 2016, 04:28:41 PM
Funny how defenders of pop with hundreds of thousands of dollars invested will defend tooth and nail. It's almost trumpish. " I drove a car once, it was a good car. Cars used to be better, it's those trucks taking all the good parts. I will make cars great again!" - question was about pops loss of a couple hundred thousand in bitcoin"

Oh crap I didn't like what he said! Grammar police time, oh no he did it again, sorry I can't read can you try another language?

Cas if the vest defense you have for anything is threatening a DoS go ahead buddy do it on my site. It's got traffic. Really not hard to mitigate though if you're prepared. Script kiddy threats should stay in the sandbox.

Funny how you defend Dom someone who said their was something around Chrsitmas/New Year and still asked people like me to invest in BBS?
Funny how you defend Dom who stated to use DDoS against others who wrote about him and GAW Miners.
Even if their was a hack you should think about who was one of the php main devs maybe?
Maybe think also about why his contract don't get renewed but at same time more coders searched?
C'mon think you can better.
The screenshot what dom is leaking from Internal chat just wrote about a loss, why did pop raise funds you guess? Maybe to get bigger staff when at the same time income isn't high enough?
The Insurance system in the begin was also crap, users lik dom could take out much debt with high insurance, That created also loss. Thats the reason it was changed.

He loses his Job and then comes with this story, before he asked investors to put more money in... yes seems legit.

The one who created lot of debt and lost all and then breaking deals made is the one to trust for sure.

Are you able to read?
The ddos statement was something dom wrote on the site i linked...

Hunderd thousand in bitcoin? Even if that was true, Do you know how much pop raised from IPO?
btcpop inital fund raising: 300 BTC
Ardeva: 500 BTC
another 5% sold of pop for 400-500 BTC

140 btc loss was to dom as a private deal for debt he made on pop by missusing his status.

Even if pop lost coins to what ever that doesn't mean that their are any financial problems and sure people would be happy to buy another 5% of pop if needed.

You don't know any facts and your only source is the shit Dom is telling you...

So try to stay at the facts.

I am looking to migrate shares over to Havelock Investments.

I dont earn nothing from this but i will be able to sleep at night knowing the truth has finally been let out.

I am an honest person and I believe in the truth when it comes to customer funds and Identities.

Its not old news from last year V.Lace... Its recent Smiley

Interesting as you're not the owner anymore of BBS...

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09911924/filing-history

Would be interesting to know if Sebastian Quick knows about his new company?

Now then lets police and ICO do their work...
Gaw miners was btw before you created the huge debt but who cares about facts right?

You just going mad because you losed your job, its like same story as your brother who got mad because he didn't got funded a loan on pop.

I'm out here, not more i can bring in.
Posted what i know and everything what will come now is bitching probaly Tongue

Very honest would bring me towards a service like shapeshift admitting being hacked despite not losing customer funds. Hiding being hacked twice and losing potentially several hundred or more over two times isn't. Saying you don't have to pay any form of taxes is also funny. I can find a few instances. The easiest to reference is capital gains. Given a few days I could fund a whole bunch of stuff. Taking a man's miners no matter who is at fault US just a joke. I'm sure he's hiding information on those for sure.

They didn't hide it... posted even the link here in this thread.
And they pay tax ( i would go offshore if i was them anyway ).
Taking his miners? You know that Lee bought them of him and that mineb shares was created of them. Part of the deal with helping with his debt...
Dom is honest yes... Part of deal was not taking more debt and he had nothing better to do than taking instant loans and loan on btcjam...
Think i wrote that on my first message here already.

Some people could say anything and enough people would still believe it, ignoring all facts.

167  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just airing some frustration and some facts about BTCPOP on: April 20, 2016, 05:13:14 PM
As far as i know their is investigation from police going on Dom.
He was arrested, Don't know much more about it but can imagine my things about it...
Lost 140+ BTC in short term, created more debt and not police investigating on him.

I would not believe to much of that what he is saying at all, he lost his job and is going mad now.

About the so secret hack:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1042299.0
169  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just airing some frustration and some facts about BTCPOP on: April 20, 2016, 04:33:53 PM
So you mean the "hack" from begin 2015 what was talked about on bitcointalk also and on pop? With few 100 members...

If i'm correct you was one of the main devs ...
Btw. Talked some about they have data and they want money else they release the data and their was never something paid and also not made public so probaly their was no data stolen at all.

You're so low, you created more than 140 btc debt on pop by missusing your status and fake "trust", then you caused many problems with unauthorized updates and still Lee helped you with your debt.
Then after your contract don't got renewed you start to talk bad about pop and lee.

Then scamming from users lot of money for a IPO for developping a new auction site and the only thing you did was to use some ready to use script with 1:1 design from another site.

https://www.bidbuysell.net <- your site or now from your brother...
https://www.shopbidsell.com/ <- where you stolen from.

St4yInTh3D4rk worked for btcpop but his contract wasn't renewed ( btcpop search for more coders ).
St4yInTh3D4rk ( Dom ) Created lot of debt on btcpop what was easy to get because of his admin status, after loosing all that money ( who knows what he did with 144 BTC ) Lee ( Ceo of btcpop ) gave a private loan to him with 0.01% interest. The deal was that he repay asap and as much as possible, first thing he did after activating that loan was to take a instant loan.
No one said something about that, short time ago he listed a loan request on btcjam ( as btcpop admin ) : https://btcjam.com/listings/57690-ethereum-mining-equipment

I don't know why his contract didn't got renewed but it must be some reason why a company don't renew your contract when searching same time for more coders.

He was also leaking a internal chat protocol what is a criminal act in most countries probaly + it was meaningless, Chat about beeing sum x in loss what is normal if you raise funds in IPO funding what is used to pay staff and expand and what was written by the CEO to motivate the staff.

It's not really proffesional to talk bad about a company where you worked for, no matter if it was bad or not.
If you want to work for another company they could research such things and don't give you a job.

No news from police or from something else...
172  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Got scammed on Trading for Cash ( 74.19 BTC ) on: August 01, 2015, 12:41:01 AM
I was on holiday ( that was also a reason for the trade to have cash for holiday )...
Koblenzer Straße 2-4 in Köln was the MC.

I still have the emails, we wrote about the amounts, he wrote that he is inside the MC, we wrote about the volume... so he couldn't tell the police that he don't know anything about bitcoins or something like that. And for what reason he would leave his stuff in the MC and run away?
173  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Got scammed on Trading for Cash ( 74.19 BTC ) on: July 12, 2015, 05:55:06 PM
Ouch! That is a hefty amount of btc.

You're probably not the first person he's scammed in this way, he left his phone and laptop on purpose to make you think he would have to come back and get them. If you haven't already I'd ask for all the public cctv footage in that area aswell as McDonald's.

He must be good seen on the cctv, we met upstairs and you walk exactly in the camera when going up the stairs and down, and the table where we meeted was also in the area of cctv's.
I woudln't get the video i guess but police have it, maybe they would ask me if i could identify him from the pictures so maybe i could get a chance their to get his pic.
But that could take weeks or months till something will happen.
Maybe I need to give some bonus for them who give the hint what lead to his arrest? :-)

When you give a bonus to police.. i think it's called a bribe Smiley.  I suggest not going in offering money for them to work case lol.

But I would check up and make sure they are working on it and getting videos.  If they wait months depending on system some might no longer have their the video.  Normally places keep so much and i old school record over tapes, or if new delete old on hardrive automatically to make space for new.

The bonus for community not for police :-p
Police got the directly to the Mc Donalds to get the video...

Can you describe the scammar?
Can you put the video with scammar?
Waiting for reply.

I don't have the Video, i described as good as possible to police but they have also the video, for decribing on internet it would not help really much..
Dutch looking around 20y old about 180cm black short hair, long face.
Would probaly match to many persons so really not help on the Internet.
Did you check inside his phone or laptop before reporting to police?
There might be some personal data inside his devices, is his devices even protected with password?
74 btc is a lot man   Roll Eyes

Offcourse I didn't as already written in first Post.
I didn't want to destroy any fingerprints.

He was dutch looking, and yes afterwards I could do 1000 other things to avoid this...
Even if his fingerprints are not known, he should be good seen on the cameras, so earlier or later they'll get them for sure.

But how you gonna prove the police that you have send him bitcoins? he can just deny that and say he not even know what thats it

And then he say that he just leaved his stuff their without a reason and even don't ask it back?
And then he say he don't know anything about the bitcoins send at exactly that time and moved few seconds after he leaved the building?
Oh and i've some emails where we talked about the trade and where he wrote that he is already at the Mc Donalds.

So what happened to the objects it has abandomat?
The laptop is yours now but still a big scam
Again sorry for youry lost.

Police sized his stuff.
What will happen next I don't know.
I think they analyze the cctv and search for fingerprints on his items, and then hope he is already known.
I think their interest could also become bigger as the first address where he or they moved the coins had total received: 2,248.47358298 BTC
Police didn't know much about Bitcoins so it could take some times and could give some more questions, I think they will contact me next days/weeks.
I think they will catch him or them earlier or later, I think its also possible that it was more then one person, maybe someone loaded already the wallet on anohter device and waited till he leaved the building to send the bitcoins away.
If he or them really scammed already for more then 2000 BTC they'll don't stop now.
Money will be gone anyway.

Maybe some others will read this here who got also scammed on localbitcoin trades on the same way?
