WOW.... and what do you do for the bounty?

Horrible team and project. I was blocked on telegram for asking simple questions.
Their token is a joke. Glad to see this project crash and burn!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][FTEC] - FIRST TRADING ECOSYSTEM ✅ READY PROJECT ✅ on: July 27, 2018, 06:40:06 AM
they already have beta version of the ecosystem, looks like a gem

Agreed. Although, it does concern me how they will keep funding the team and development of the project only raising 2500 ETH in the ICO.

It is a concern. People are asking for binance, yet they fail to realise its 100 btc price to get listed. FTEC only raised 2500 ETH, so no expensive exchanges anytime soon!

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin on: June 11, 2018, 03:28:21 AM

Hi,

New to the party. Shame I didn't find out about this project sooner.

I have a couple of questions about the project. I've read over the road maps and whitepaper, but found some parts confusing as there is so much going into this project.

As a platform, will holding KMD as more and more dicos are built onto the platform result in airdrops for KMD holders? Similar to EOS investors currently receiving  rewards for holding a certain amount in their wallets?

Also. Everyone says to research. Ive really tried, but I find that there are so many platform projects currently about to be the next big thing. NEO, QTUM, ICON, NULS, ETH, AE, EOS etc.
Each project claims they outdo all others. Its hard to find whats genuine and whats not. Each claims that they will all surpass ETH as top-dog in the future.

Its just become so saturated that it's hard to determine the good projects from the fake ones. I'm not all about $ figures. I want to buy into a coin that will last and have a solid community.

What really differentiates KMD from the rest? Or are they basically all similar and the market place in the future will have a need for them all?

Thanks for any insight you can provide. I appreciate your time.

Cheers
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: June 11, 2018, 02:25:19 AM
Waves is strong blockchain with huge potential. Smart-contracts and atomic swap are very powerful elements for blockchain. Let's see, because the competition is so high in blockchains. Good luck, Waves!

KMD already has all this implemented. Its streaks ahead.

We are here in what is one of the most undervalued under the radar crypto coins peercoin but it won’t stay that way for ever and people will look back in astonishment how cheap peercoin was currently number 207on coinmarket cap the day will come and pronpbaly soon when peercoin returns too being a top 25cooin
You are rite, Some very Important coins in the market are still hidden, PPC will be in top 10 to 25 someday. I do believe PPC Market cap should be $1.5B+ which brings PPC in top 25 and that is my low expectation where the actual coin project should be somewhere $10B+ Market cap Lets see could be very soon.

Based on what?? This coin has no real use case that many above it don't have. I'm not sure how you valuate the coin to that amount?

The website also looks like a 10 year old designed it. Highly disappointing.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DCR] Decred - Community Governance | Bitcoin Devs | Lightning Network on: December 22, 2017, 08:53:43 PM
I'm just looking at DEcred as a whole. How do they intend to identify themselves as they continue to grow? They are a very talented team, but are yet to really get our and market the coin. When they do, will they be promoting DEcred as a store of wealth type of coin?? Or are they intending it to be a coin for everyday use. I'm thinking with the limited supply and also the fact that most supply will be tired up in tickets at any one time, that it'll be a store of wealth coin. If this is the case then privacy features are critical or you miss the target market your intending to capture. Looking forward to potentially investing, just would like someone to explain DEcred goal or intention of how they'll market the coin.

Is the coinomi mobile wallet ok to store my coins during the upcoming fork??

Thanks
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: December 06, 2017, 05:15:01 AM
IOTA top 4 market cap

does it have potential to hit the hundreds one day, similar to monero and dash?

If it has a market cap of 1 trillion in 5 years (not out of the question) then it'll be hundreds per token yes. Supply won't be an issue to price.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC2] Einsteinium | FUNDING THE FUTURE WITH THE FUTURE OF CURRENCY on: December 02, 2017, 09:46:58 AM

Hi people.
Quick question regarding the fork countdown on the website...I store my coins on the coinomi app right now. Is there anything I need to do in terms of moving my coins some place else before the fork??
Appreciate the help.
Cheers
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - Blockchains Interoperability with SmartBridge 🔹 ARK on BINANCE 🔹 on: November 21, 2017, 03:00:48 AM
Hi there,
Relatively new to ARK but have invested because of the amazing tech and potential of this project. A couple of questions. Will ARK be used in a similar fashion to ether with gas on transactions?? Is that the benefit of holding ARK one the entire ecosystem is up and running?? Can you see it reaching the current value of ethereum today?
Also, with regards to staking, I'm currently getting about 10% pa on my coins. How can this be maintained with a total supply of only 127 million? Won't the coins all run out far too quickly, or do they want all coins in the system circulating quickly??
Thanks.... By the way, I have scrolled through the white paper but couldn't locate the answers, so I'm not trolling. Just wanted to get an understanding from other members in a way that explains it better.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: September 19, 2017, 11:00:01 PM
Hi,

I've been reading through the numerous pages. Seems like a great project so I purchased 50 MCO and applied for the Ruby card.
Just a quick question regarding the circulating supply being so low.... I'm sure many of you have thousands of tokens and got in at the ICO price. As I said I only have 50 currently, and can add a few here and there, but will this really ever be a long term profitable investment for us smaller players?? Hopefully with the low supply, every owning 100 or so can end up being a nice stack once the general public become aware of the project. Thoughts??
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] POPULOUS - Invoice trading platform | ICO l BOUNTY CAMPAIGN on: August 21, 2017, 08:20:23 AM
It will be interesting to see on day one of live investing with the platform how much business there is for us all to make money from (ie; will there be enough invoices being sold?).  Even if there isn't, it doesn't matter on day one, or day twenty. Everything takes time and frankly if I had to wait another few months or even years before I could quit my day job and live off passive income like this then still sign me up first!  Cool

At this current drop off in price there will be no cruise. Disappointing since the Alpha release.

If the Cruise was planned for 2017.....then yes no cruise, BUT it's the "Populous Caribbean Cruise 2018" for a reason. Most of us could care less about the price of it until it goes Live in January. Speculators/traders/noobs care and that's why the price will fluctuate but once it goes "LIVE" the price goes straight up to the 🌙 and leaves $5 on planet earth forever. That's the point when we start looking at royalCaribbean.com for dates to plan the cruise. Until then, sit tight, grab a strawberry daiquiri and soak in the ride.

Well said. Time for me to keep the faith.... Just had a weak moment there. Great perspective indeed.

Guys thank you so much for all this info,

I'll be honest and say that stupidly I have no idea what my seed words are as i bought this 4 years ago and knew barely anything on how to look after it properly.

To be fair I think after reading and trying to understand your suggestions that it's probably not worth trying to recover this bitcoin as it seems like a long shot to be able to do so.

From what I understand I had it in a very outdated wallet that hasn't kept up with the times.

I dont really understand blockchains and all these keys and how to follow transactions, kinda but not really. I also don't quite understand how long to not open multi bit HD to make sure the transaction has dropped off? I guess that won't really matter now as I dont have the seed words to find it through another wallet.

Anyway thanks for all your help,

Thanks so much for your info,

Ok, I will get rid of Multibit HD.... This is the wallet I've been using.

I kind of understand your corrective actions, but how do I get rid of multiunit and use electrum while the bitcoin is stuck in multiunit HD??

Should I just not keep opening mutibit HD and checking to see if its cleared??

Is there anyway I can offer someone some of the bitcoin I have if they can fix this for me??

I just went to the mocacinno website but to be honest its all over my head how to use it

Thanks once again for all your help and reply Smiley

Thanks for your reply Dr Charles,

Firstly, this link i posted was for a transaction after I sent the original one to localbitcoins.... I'm assuming its been setup by them to return the bitcoin as it couldn't clear.

Yes it say's 5 days ago......but here is some of the script when I emailed them regarding why the transaction was taking so long.

The link I posted above is the only info that I can find in my multibit account regarding outgoing transfers.

I'm extremely puzzled by how all this works, but hopefully by setting my fee default to medium rather than low i won't encounter this situation again......

That's if I can ever get the bitcoin back!!

The below copied and pasted transcript was 14 days ago.... The link in my first message was 5 days ago... How can this be if I sent the bitcoin 3 weeks ago?

Hi,

I transferred Bitcoin to my wallet marked....

19m2ZuthojBhr575bhZPuSTeQsiHovCcVr

It's been more than four days and still hasn't cleared.... I'm new to this and may have not offered enough commission to the miners to process the transaction. How do I get the transaction cleared???

Thank you for your time

Simon

Hi!

I'm really sorry but your transaction was sent with a transaction fee that is too low. This means that your transaction will either not be confirmed OR that it will take a long time (possibly several days). After three days the transaction will be sent back to the sender and it can be sent again.

You can read this blogpost to learn more about transaction fees: https://localbitcoins.com/blog/rising-tx-fees/

Hi,

I sent Bitcoin to this address on your website over a week ago and it still hasn't cleared or been sent back to the address I sent it from... Can you please tell me how I either get it cleared or how I get it off back to the original wallet so I can resend it through to my local Bitcoin wallet

Thank you

Hi!

Please contact the sending wallet.

19  Other / MultiBit / Multibit wallet problem on: May 27, 2017, 10:34:10 PM
Hi,

I'm new to bitcoin and only have a small amount (0.33)

I have a multibit wallet and recently tried to send what was in the wallet to localbitcoins to sell my share.

This happened almost 3 weeks ago and It hasn't arrived at localbitcoins or returned to my multiunit wallet.

Upon reading some forums I checked the fee section of my multibit wallet and noticed that the fees were set by default to the lowest amount.

I've since changed this but can't find a way to add more of a fee to the current transaction that is sitting dormant somewhere now.

Is there any trick or way that I can get this transaction reversed back to multibit?

Also, its not saying there transaction is unconfirmed on my mutibit wallet?? It just has this.....

Any help on how I can fix this issue would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Simon
