Organizations and individuals who have already completed the ICO campaign will have to return to their investors funds to protect their legitimate rights and interests, as well as to eliminate risks. Binance's token is the Binance Coin. A strict limit of 200MM BNC will be created, never to be increased. BNC will run natively on the Ethereum blockchain with ERC 20. Every quarter, we will use 20% of our profits to buy back BNC and destroy them, until we buy 50% of all the BNC back. All buy-back transactions will be announced on the blockchain. We eventually will destroy 100MM BNC, leaving 100MM BNC in circulation.
