1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoS Token] Accelerator Hydro-powered Cloud Mining (supply 250.000) on: October 30, 2017, 06:02:43 AM

The system sounds very interesting and very appealing to most of us, but there are some concerns regarding the nature of this token.

1.  Who is behind this project and what is the business model if this is aimed to produce some return to the developers, which are all not clear with white paper?  Do you have any plan to open the developer's identity?

2.  Do you REALLY mining ETH?  If possible could you share us with the actual mining facilities or something that can prove that you have the REAL mining capacities working?

3.  In such an upcoming project, we cannot openly believe in everything as it granted.  The scheme above all explained could also be done by something like ponzy scheme.  Can you elaborate on the project so that this is not intended to be a ponzy-like scheme?  The token has been indeed exchanged in ED already, but do you have any concrete plans to make it on some existing exchanges and if so, when is the plan?

I am not totally meant to offend this project all, but with all given info and the nature with the current uncertain situation, it would be helpful for all of us to know better about this project and spread to large audience about this.

Thanks,

If someone could managed to make profit, it doesn't mean the system is no scam nor ponzy.
However, scam or ponzy scheme is destined to collapse at the end; just sooner or later, before or after you get your return or even make a profit or not.

That is why any organizations collecting fiat money using ponzy scheme itself is strictly banned in most of the countries.

The white list system and how they give high bonus just a few of the early birds by chances sound very badly organized for me.  There is no reason giving that high bonus if there is enough demand for white list.  Like, some guy like above just get many wallets on white list and is trying to steal whatever the bonus from the people coming later and still want tokens for sure.

I like the project and its potential, but how they sell tokens is one of the worst use cases of white list.  It has nothing to do with KYU nor giving everyone a fair chance to get tokens, but for resellers and whales to flip their money in a few seconds.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: September 26, 2017, 08:05:48 PM
This is a well-organized ponzy scheme not more or less.  The fact is that BCC has no essential business that creates new "values" by itself and that means no more than the profit from what newcomers pay exists within the system.  Or, they could be wise enough to use the fund they got and run some arbitrage as they claim, including buy and sell inside their BCC/BTC system, but everyone worked on similar bots knows that there is NOT a single smart system that can profit to keep paying out that high from arbitraging constantly.  It is just a basic math conclusion from your elementary school that money goes out and money goes in must be equal, and that to keep the system, it is no more than a well-organized ponzy scheme by itself.

The smartest part of this system, (which I don't mean is OK and is totally illegal scheme if you do this in fiat for sure), is that what you get INSIDE the Bitconnect platform is only what they have and not in fact what you have in your hands at this moment.  If most of us just keep compounding or leaving our return within their system, they can just keep what they are supposed to pay out while more and more people come in to increase the money pool.  That's way no one feel to have lost any money until the system totally collapses at last.  Perhaps, the continuous increase of the BCC price had also helped their return alot, since they can just create coins and sell it background easily.

Well, the system gives us profit at this moment for sure, but that not means that the system is reliable and safe, or even legal.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Centra Tech ICO | Multi-Blockchain Worldwide Debit Card & Insured Wallet on: September 02, 2017, 03:03:03 PM

Well, there is no point for the Centra team in dealing with ED before ico because ED is a decentralized trade and they don't have any central control even if they want to manipulate as what the youtuber says.

In fact, they are suffering from being dumped by some whales trying to liquidate before ico and they want us to stop that.

Anyway, the youtuber guy even has no background of whoever he is and his sharing videos seem to have many unrelated topics to crypocurrencies.  So, he doesn't seem to have a good commitment to gather updated information and provide critical statement on it.

The more ppl talk about Centra, the more ppl get to know Centra.  So, once they find out the accusation is totally not true after ico, they rush to buy at exchange at later time.  There are already many who know what Centra does and is fine.  Of course, it's men to men start-up business so sometimes need patients to getting touch with people and find a good solution, but overall I don't find any critical issue from what they are doing.

I am not really clear in what makes your prediction of getting 5 percents of the market?
I am also not really sure what makes people dare to use your market while there are so many good exchanges already?

We will provide better liquidity, very small bid/ask spread, and thousands of direct coin-to-coin cross-rates.
Plus comission-free trades.
Can you resist this offer?
The rest is marketing.

OK, I'm a kind of getting its ideas, which I understand really great.

So, if this project is successful, the other projects like OAX, DNT, and Ox protocols, which would be your competitors, are worthless in a sense?

Do you say that Stex exchange has much more advantage than what they are trying to develop?

Its hard to fully believe this can do much well with all the info out there, but this could be a very interesting project with the best payout for token holders.

Though I think this project sounds quite interesting, but i'm not sure if what makes your exchange so attractive to most of people out there...cus your project looks to have not so many people and big supporters yet.

Thank you,

This project itsef may sound interesting, but I am skeptical in the ico structure that the price of the token would increase 20 times after ico.

They say that the token will be sold at their web at the rate of 20 times the initial ico price.  But, if the token could be brought in much less price from ico price, no one would buy at that price and the token would be dumped once it hit in any exchange at much lower price.  This means there is no point in selling token at a high price at their official web site as long as there are exchanges that sell at much low, which value is determined simply by supply and demand.  So, it is likely that only a few of us who would buy token very early from ico could sell a higher price than what they obtained and the rest of us would end up to hold it till their business goes well or dump the token with the market demand rate.  So, simply this is nothing different than any other icos and I guess there is only negative point in giving lots of price advantage for the early contributors.

Correct me if I think of this wrong

Does anyone know what happens to the dividend for tokens that are kept in exchanges?

I know the investors will not be able to get the dividend, will tenx team still pay for that or exclude those tokens in exchanges somehow from the 0.5% calculation?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX [ICO] end of June: making Blockchain assets spendable on: July 10, 2017, 11:22:13 AM
Of course, more token means more profit needed to give the same amount of dividend.  But, more money means more option for the dev. teams to run the business.

I cannot say which is definitely good, but for a long run it might not be a bad idea to have a decent capital with a good development teams.  Considering that the entire crypto market still has more margin to grow in future, the amount that they collected is not too large for a relatively long run growing market business.

I think people out there is just too sensitive in downtrend because of the upcomming BTC matter.  So, the momentum right now relatively gets easy to be downtrend than going up or keeping the low range.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Suretly - first crowdvouching platform ★ ICO July,11 ★ on: July 07, 2017, 01:26:22 AM

Hi, this scheme is quite interesting.  However, there are few points that I am worried or somewhat skeptical in this scheme,

1. If general lenders are all guaranteed with what they lend without risking their own money, would they
just lend as much as they want so that they can maximize their returns because there is no fear in loosing their own money?

2.  Guarantors only get a few percent of what they put in collateral for borrowers.  So, if even a few of the borrowers
they guaranteed get default, their net profits are easily gone because the net profit from other is larger than what they put in collateral for one person?  Does that means there is less incentive to join for guarantors?

3.  You have stated there is only a micro-loan around 1000USD for max. with short term to be provided as a loan.  Why there is such a small limit?  If there is one who cannot even borrow such a small amount from legit institutions in real life, I wonder he or she might be the one who is the least credit and likely get into default.

Hope to get answers at least one or two above
Thanks,
