Issuing CobaltCoin tokens

This project assumes crowdfunding investments in the CobaltCoin derivative, which is implemented as a financial instrument on the Ethereum blockchain platform and secured with an industrial product which is cobalt concentrate.

The pre-ICO stage, which is limited in time and volume of the issue, will precede CobaltCoin options purchase ICO. During the pre-ICO process, for the purpose of economic incentives, the first group of investors will be given the opportunity to purchase 1 000 000 CobaltCoin (CBC) tokens at a special discounted price of $ 0.50, which is 50% of the base cost. The collected funds will be used for technical development of the ICO, implementation of global international marketing and advertising campaigns to promote and popularize the project, improving the organizational structure of the company, work on the key consumers of Cobalt Mining's end products.

The CobaltCoin (CBC) token can be purchased during the pre-ICO and ICO stages through the internal exchange integrated into the e-wallet, using which you can exchange BTC, ETH, USD, EUR, and RUB for CobaltCoin (CBC) tokens. Any owner of CobaltCoin (CBC) tokens after the specified period can exchange them for Cobalt Mining products at a price much lower than the market price or exchange tokens for company shares after the company’s IPO.

The price of one CobaltCoin (CBC) token at the ICO stage will change in the following order: $0.75 for the first week of ICO, $0.80 for the second week, $0.90 for the third week and $1 for the fourth.

Expansion of CobaltCoin tokens

A 180 million tokens will be issued on the Ethereum blockchain-platform at a basic price of $1, of which 1 million will be at a discounted price of $0.5 per token and will be available for purchase during the pre-ICO process. In order to conduct an international marketing campaign, 5% of the total number of tokens is reserved as a bounty (community reward) during the pre-ICO and ICO period. The project team reserves 15% of the tokens.
