So he already broke the promise not to announce news? That was fast lol he didn't ever say he wouldn't announce news. what sense does that make? He said he didn't want to speculate as to what they might be working on or hope to finalize. He said he would only announce factual news. |

regarding digusign i notice Dropbox, google drive and Microsoft logos are on the site: https://digusign.com/people are excited but think this is fake. can anyone clear this? Can you define what you mean by "fake"? The Microsoft connection has been explained in the past (copy/paste from old announcement) Microsoft has been very generous to DigiByte in 2016 with the addition of DigiByte templates to Azure as well as nominating DigiByte Holdings of Hong Kong to their Biz Spark Plus program. This includes $120,000 USD of Azure credits. If you have an idea for an innovative DigiByte platform let us know and we can help get you some server space. I have no idea on the Dropbox & Google Drive connection, but it could simply be that they are building in some kind of compatibility. I wouldn't read too much into it if I were you because people will blow things out of proportion and then blame the DigiByte dev team for "lying". If it was a proper partnership there would be an announcement. Those logos have nothing to do with any kind of partnership or anything like that. People are creating links that aren't there. I've used digusign and the reason the logos are on their site is because you can create templates from files stored on google drive, one drive, and dropbox. You can also save documents do your drives. This is nothing special and the ability to integrate is readily available from all three providers. |

If they were doing a waterfall development cycle, they would spend a decent amount of time in testing after your last commit. I am in no way affiliated with DGB, but they have been working on some projects updates (like blocknet and digusign) and hopefully this means they are doing some thorough testing right now and are getting close to a release. |

Going to start mining this with 4x 1080 Ti's. Looks to be more profitable than LBRY at the moment. Anyone else make the switch from LBRY to DGB? I should get around 3600+MH/s with 4 cards.
That seems a little high, I'd be interested to hear what you actually get after you mine for a day. Write a follow up. |

i don't trust this coin annymore... the ppl who are buying 100BTC worth of coins are fucking up the market.... they selling it all @once and the market crashes, just after i buyed the coins... this is frustrating, i will o search for a 1 satosi coin like CV2 , that coin has more potention than this one . good luck everyone, it is going down to 500 sat again, maybe 100
so you'll search for a 1 satoshi coin so it can go to 2 satoshi and you double your money? thats great if you're just a day trader and dont understand any of the tech. CV2 is basically just a "we're better at processing transactions" coin that hopes to play on the energy efficient part. I couldn't tell what exactly made them energy efficient though. Maybe the guy who started it has a solar panel on his house? It is funny when people think digibytes is just another currency. I bought at just over 500 sats in may, watched it go up to 2400 sats and people asked me "are you going to sell?" i said no, and i didn't, even when it dropped to 1600 and then 1100. Sure, in retrospect it would be nice to have sold at 2000 and then bought back again at 500 and have 4 times as many digibytes, but it just as easily could have stayed inflated. People panic sold as it dropped and it made it continue to drop. There are some large day traders that dumped and affected the price more and that will continue to happen throughout digibyte's rise. If you want to make some money, get a job. If you want to gamble, go to a casino. If you want to invest in a currency that is backed by some revolutionary tech, then buy digibytes and watch the company grow over the next few years. |

Sell your coins before its too late. There's No hope for DBG, a pump and dump coin.
Recommending DGB holders move some over to MyriadCoin (MYR/XMY)... PoS coins have sucked the alt-coin market-cap dry... let's unite behind something any miner can enjoy. I've been bringing people over to MYR since early May... see how far we've come? DGB's rise put a slight kink in the plans, but it seems things have leveled out again. DGB was only ever really an (almost exact) clone of MYR. DGB however, also had some supposed corporate interest at some point. MYR does not, afaik, it can be ours and ours alone... join us! why would you do that? looks like just another "we're better than bitcoin" coin. I don't see them working on anything different. I'm supporting DGB tech. |

I submitted a withdrawal 15 minutes ago and it still says transaction not found. I can see other transactions coming from theblocksfactory but mine is not being processed. Can someone help me?

Has anyone ever actually used digibytemarket.com to successfully purchase anything, or has it been a scam the whole time?
I'm pretty sure it was all a setup to steal $32 from some sucker fool. Looks like it worked..(just having a laugh..seriously though, $32? I loose that much per trade on fees alone). Are you saying that given small amounts of money, it's OK for a business to not provide the advertised product?  Looks like Jared disagrees with your (stupid) POV, because he disabled digibytemarket.com's scamming functionality. Before Scam Accusation: After Scam Accusation: See how that works? Please explain what the "damage" is from DigiByte Gaming being disabled. Is your issue that you no longer get DigiBytes for free? By the way, it was announced that it was disabled a loooong time ago. It only seems to have become an "issue" once people realized that DGB was suddenly worth a lot more. Human nature I suppose. I think one interesting issue here is your timing. DigiByte Gaming has been disabled (I believe) for months. Did it suddenly became an issue for you after you... dumped 3/4 of my stash into the spike and locked in a very nice 100% profit. ...and wanted to be able to buy in again at a lower price? I notice that you didn't post anything negative during the ride to the ATH, even though DigiByte gaming was disabled long before that. Also, although I agree that the marketplace should have been temporarily closed/fixed sooner, I suspect you never saw this post? First off, thank you to all the long term DigiByte supporters and a very warm welcome to all the new DigiByte community members here! Things have been very hectic the past few weeks.
This sudden rise caught all of us by surprise as much as it did some of you. If you look at the history of other major crypto markets as well as the history of DigiByte you can quickly tell things can get volatile very quickly. So please make sure to take the time to fully educate yourself on cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology in general. And please note we do not answer speculation questions or make forecasts or predictions. We are here to focus on the core technology and the true innovations and applications that blockchain technology allows us to build.
We are actively working to expand the team and get better organized. The recent Citi Tech 4 Integrity Challenge was a great event for DigiByte! We were told that we were one of the finalists in the competition and it was a tough decision for the judges that day. However, the competition is not over yet. The main awards will be concluded in July where over 60 awards from several of the main partners will be awarded.
We made several great connections with some very large companies. However, please understand it takes time for things to move forward with such large organizations. Please do not expect anything to happen overnight.
Most blockchain businesses are flooded at the moment with a backlog of news users and messages. I remember when guys were buying ASIC miners for Bitcoin, by the time they received them and started to use them after waiting for backlog and delays from manufacturer they were already at a loss on ROI of their purchase because the difficulty rate increased with all the ASIC mining activity too quickly while other 3rd parties had already developed and were mining ahead of others with faster hashing ASIC's with better power consumption reducing costs and were already mining for themselves ( they were paid for pre-orders and used for themselves to self profit ) then they ship them late to their customers, and repeat the process once they develop faster ASIC's while always making profit. I know you can't possibly control how other companies practice but anything that can make a quick profit will encourage greed which will lead to an unfair monopoly. Safest play would be to just buy as much siacoin as you can now while it's cheap if you believe in the project to be successful rather then taking the riskier road to ASIC mining with cloud rented or purchased ASIC's, the little guy always loses out its been proven with all ASIC mining coins once the big players take over which sadly happens. Does anyone actually have a reason why they think it might jump today or any day for that matter? The next time i think it might jump is in July around when they announce the real citibank prizes. Still hopeful they win something, but that event was never about actually winning, it was a networking event.

The value in this coin is not in a stupid minecraft server, the value is in "DigUsign" basically it's the new an improved version of DocUsign which in May 2015 had a valuation of 3 Billion US dollars.. DigUsign is better then DocUsign because everything is legally verified via DigUsign BlockChain which is the latest cutting edge technology... Therefore the current value DigiByte is highly undervalued, and should be in the Billions very soon..  DGB coin has nothing to do with that. Companies will never accept digusign with a publicly traded token as a solution. Same goes for all the coins and blockchain services weird, it's almost as if that guy didn't know what he was talking about.. and on a public forum of all places. If people can't understand the connection and why digibyte has a exciting future, that's fine. I just don't like all of the trolls just bashing what they don't understand. I assume its mostly people that are pissed they didn't buy a month or two months ago. Digibyte has a long road but watch the videos of jared, the CEO, and read about their tech and what it means for the banking and especially the healthcare industry. The healthcare industry is still using fax machines to satisfy their HIPAA requirements because there isn't another widely accepted and adopted method of ensuring end to end Integrity/Availability/Confidentiality. There are other methods, sure, but I could see this being adopted as the new standard. |
