Well that's a pretty long list but i would go for only Waves and Stellar Lumens as altcoins that i would admonish you to invest into. I remember i sold mine stellar around $0.4 but now it has gone down real cheap, guess i might buy more, hold and sell later.
Iota is also a very promising coin. You can invest in it 5 percent of your deposit. I would not choose the remaining coins either it might be worth playing safe by having waves or stellar coins because it has greater potential to rise compared to other coins. Remember that crypto is not currently in good condition so don't take too much risk by choosing risky coins. |

The government does not totally dislike crypto but due to its unregulated nature some countries don't want to take the risk to accept crypto as a way of payment. government are just playing safe because they don't want to mislead their people.
