It looks like they're using Substrate to create their own blockchain. And yeah their main differentiation is that their blockchain will apparently work really well for media applications like NFTs. This could be a really cool niche because there's tons of NFT marketplaces and even DeFi dApps, but they're all running on pretty under-optimized infrastructure like ETH or BSC. They could be using Cherry Chain instead!
