Yes, that is if Real Madrid beats Chelsea, the winner of that game would face the Winner of the Manchester City v Bayern game, it is going to be pretty tough for these four teams, i think amongst the four of them, whoever makes it to the final is going to win the CL title. The other four teams pitted against each other are also strong, but neither of them is favorites, only Napoli stands a small chance, and i think they are the team that's going to make it to the final out of the other four pitted against each other, because i think they would beat Ac Milan, and should defeat the winner between Benfica v Inter Milan. Having said that, it is all just speculations at this stage, football is somewhat unpredictable, so we'd have to wait for the games to come, then we'd see who'll progress.

The draw today was pretty weird. Now we have basically one bracket that is ultra strong with teams like Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and FC Chelsea. So basically the four strongest teams that are remaining in the competition are all in the same bracket and only one of them will be able to reach the final, which is very unlucky for them, especially for Bayern and Manchester City because one of both teams will be eliminated in the quarterfinal even though both teams would be good enough to reach the final against any other team.
The other four teams were very lucky, because 2 of them will reach the semi final and one of them will even be in the final.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about Infinite supply altcoins on: March 17, 2023, 06:28:20 PM
Friends, can you invest your money on an altcoin that have an infinite max supply? I have interest in a altcoin, it have the ability to render RPC service to other crypto project, but the infinite supply is a big turn off for me, do you think it's worth the risk? The name of this project is POKT, Pocket Network.

I agree with you, that usually projects that have a token that is deflationary is way more attractive to investors because if you buy now and more and more tokens get burnt over time than the tokens that you have are getting more and more valuable automatically. That is not always true in reality though obviously because if a project is bad and is not delivering then it also won't matter if their token is deflationary or not. It's price will still go down.
I recently bought some Cosmos even though their supply is also inflationary, but the project itself is just so attractive, at least to me, that i still bought some tokens. So far the price performance of Cosmos is pretty good, even though the token supply is inflationary.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins still a good invest? on: March 16, 2023, 09:38:30 PM
Do you think that meme coins still have a chance to do well in the next bull market? Would you still invest on projects like shiba inu and floki inu.

I have never been a big fan of meme-coins because for me they are all useless shit-coins that just take away attention and also money from "real" crypto projects that are actually trying to deliver a product that is useful. Even i have to admit though that early Shiba Inu buyers made really huge profit and a lot of people got rich with it. I think with Floki it was similar but not to the same extent as with Shiba Inu. This also means though, that those two projects already made their x100 so i don't think, that there is much room for another x10 or so. If i were you i would invest in real projects instead.

That being said, today i found a project called Unimoon, that launched today that has a bot that is investing in microcap meme-coins and selling it on the way up. The profits made that way are shared with the people that have their Unimoon token staked. I kinda like the idea so i invested a small amount. Therefore i can earn from meme-coins without having to deal with them myself.
424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 16, 2023, 08:35:27 PM
Juventus are Putting lots of work in the Europa league best it is currently their biggest shot at earning a champions league place next season. The point deduction has actually waked they up and I think they will go far in the competition. They only need to keep their players fit for the reminder of the season most especially Dimaria, i hope he doesn’t comes back from international duty with an injury. Hopefully they could also welcome back Pogba back then to bolster their squad

For me Juventus is one of the big favorites to win the Champions League this year. Regarding the match today against SC Freiburg i have to say that over the course of both matches Juventus definitely was the better and more dominate team and therefore they deserve it to advance into the next round of the tournament. That being sad, the way the game was going today was very very unlucky for SC Freiburg. I mean that penalty for Juventus shortly before the half time break was very hard for me. The distance between the ball and the arm of the Freiburg player when the ball was shot was less than half a meter and still Juve got the penalty and the Freiburg player even was sent off the pitch because it was his second yellow card. After that i was basically over for Freiburg.
425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 16, 2023, 11:33:15 AM
Dortmund and Bayern Munich will always have very tight competition. In the next match, Bayern Munich will be against Leverkusen, and this should be a very easy match for Bayern Munich to win. As long as Bayern Munich manages to get a win in every game, it will be easy to get additional points and remain number one at the top of the standings.

Hmm in the last few years there was not really a tight competition between Bayern and Borussia Dortmund because Bayern Munich was just too far ahead all the time because they simply are the way better team. At the moment it is very close though in the race for the Bundesliga title because Bayern had this weird series of draws and even a loss at the beginning of this year, while Dortmund had this very long series of consecutive wins at the same time. That being said, Dortmund did not really play that great all the time, they also had a very big amount of luck to win all those games and in the last 2 games that luck was gone. I can imagine that Dortmund will lose some more points in the next upcoming matches.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of play to earn games on: March 16, 2023, 11:30:04 AM
What do you think about play to earn blockchain games? Do you think that video game players will one day abandon Sony and Microsoft companies for play to earn games or Microsoft and Sony will one day be forced to allow play to earn games to run on their gaming devices?

I personally have the feeling, that the whole play 2 earn and metaverse topic is not the hottest thing anymore in the crypto space. This was totally different like 1 or 2 years ago when projects like Axies Infinity or Bloktopia gave early investors huuuuge profits and then all the copy cats came as usual. I am a gamer myself and of course it would be a dream to make money while doing the thing that i like, but i also think that this is pretty hard to do, because i would guess that only 5 or 10% of the total playerbase could really make a good income from a play 2 earn game that is payed from the other 95% of players. That every player makes money with a play 2 earn game is just not possible.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project's Price after got exploited on: March 15, 2023, 09:53:36 PM
Nope, if you look at the graph, you will see the price of this token keep dropping and never comeback to the previous price, especially when it's listed on the centralized exchange. So even though the case already solved, the price will not recover until people's trust back like when it's not get hacked. The situation is quite similar with the LUNA hack, the price is still very low and there's no recover until now.

Obviously the price of the token has not recovered yet, because the team will create a new token and that old token will just be worthless from now on. There basically is no other chance in such cases most of the time, then to create a new contract and just give that new token to the holders that had the old token before the hack happened. As far as i know this new token is getting audited right now by certik and three other audit companies and should be ready for trading pretty soon.
A hack is definitely always a bad thing, but i think the Poolz team handled it as well as such a situation can be handled. We will see how the price will be once the new token is live.
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 15, 2023, 09:45:46 PM
Real and Napoli won their 1/8 of the final and they are at the quarter finals.
The draw will be done Friday.

Real Madrid is also 1-0 up now. So at the moment Liverpool would need 4 goals in 10 minutes in order to get into the extra time. As a neutral spectator i have to say, that i am pretty disappointed, because we did not really see exciting second legs this week, because almost every matchup was already decided in the first leg except except for the game of Porto vs. Inter but that match was sadly also the only one where no goal at all was scored. Napoli seems to be a really strong team and i think they can really be dangerous to every team that is still in the Champions League now. The draw on friday will be interesting to watch.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 15, 2023, 12:27:35 PM
I agree with you that tonight's Real Madrid against Liverpool match is hard to predict, but I think Liverpool's fate was decided in the first game. They certainly won't be able to repeat the feat of Manchester City's yesterdays game  and won't beat Real Madrid by a big score. I even think Real Madrid can win again.

Well the rule that away goals count twice is gone so a 3-0 for Liverpool or any other victory with 3 goals difference would be enough for Liverpool to get into the overtime. Of course this is very very hard to achieve against a team like Real Madrid, that has so much experience, especially in this competition, but i still think that it is not impossible. If Liverpool is able to score their first goal pretty early or at least in the first half, then i think everything is possible, because even a team like Real Madrid will become very nervous, if Liverpool would be up with 2-0 in the 70th minute or so. Of course it is way more likely, that Real will play defensively and wait for counter attacks to score and even win the second game too.
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 15, 2023, 12:20:23 PM
Haaland is one of the best players Guardiola has in the current squad. City got it at a great price. I don't think City will let him go soon. until now Haaland is still the main choice for Guardiola on the front lines. he is also a goal machine for City. the best option is to keep Haaland. and Guardiola certainly understands it all.

I know that the whole transfer market is full of speculation and rumors and in a lot of cases those rumors are really just some made up stuff by medias or other people, but that rumor now that is claiming that Pep Guardiola wants Erling Haaland to leave Manchester City is just absolutely stupid and makes no sense at all. Haaland is performing very well and probably better than anyone expected and what also should not be forgotten is the fact, that Manchester City paid not only a transfer fee for him but also around 30 Million € as a bonus to his greedy father. So they have spent a lot of money on Haaland and i doubt they want to sell him again so soon.
431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 14, 2023, 11:36:37 PM
Poor Guardiola is being heavily criticised for his decision and called indirectly traitor and preventing Haaland from scoring 6 goals so he can bypass Messi record and just not tying with him. Well I think that Guardiola decision was normal personally.

Is it really that important to have that record alone, that is not important anyway. If i would have to guess, then i would say that Haaland is probably pretty happy already today because he scored 5 goals and of course mainly because Manchester City was able to advance into the quarterfinals of the Champions League. Obviously in the end it was a total domination from Manchester City and a result of 7-0 is absolutely historical but i also have to say, that the first goal of ManCity today still feels pretty weird to me. Even in the replay it was barely visible, that the player of Leipzig touched the ball with his hand. So the VAR should have not interfered here. Maybe the match would have taken a completely different turn then, but i doubt that.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is controlled on: March 14, 2023, 08:03:48 PM
Since most of the major altcoins move up or down at the same time as bitcoin, aren't they all controlled? How does it work?
Cool

I don't really know what you mean with "controlled", but there is definitely no mechanism that makes all the other cryptocurrencies automatically go up or down in price when Bitcoin is also going up or down. In reality though this still is the case most of the times or at least on a grand scale and there are a few reasons for this. First of all a bear or a bull market is always happening withing the whole crypto market and not only for a few projects. Bitcoin is also still by far the leading project in the crypto space. So it is not really surprising, that most of the time Bitcoin is the first project to make a price move and then the other projects are following.
433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 14, 2023, 02:27:51 PM
Erling Haaland will receive tight guard from the RB Leipzig defense, because they will realize how dangerous this young Manchester City player is. But if Pep Guardiola is good at taking advantage of the situation, then an empty space will be created that other Manchester City players can use to penetrate the Leipzig defense focused on Erling Haaland. Attacking is an option for Manchester City to win, but they have to be wary of counterattacks from RB Leipzig, they have to be careful with players who have speed, because they can create deadly counterattacks.

I think that Erling Haaland will be very closely defended by Josko Gvardiol and this could be a matchup where even Erling Haaland could have severe problems to ever get in good chances to score. Gvardiol is definitely one of the best central defenders of the world at the moment even though he is only 21 years old. That is also the reason why probably every big club has him on their list to sign, even though Gvardiols market value is already at 75 Million € at the moment.
If Leipzig is able to defend Haaland and of course the other ManCity attackers well, then everything is possible. The defense of ManCity is not the most stable one and a goal for Leipzig should be possible.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH the King of Altcoins ? on: March 14, 2023, 02:22:52 PM

There is no doubt that Bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrencies. If we only focus on altcoins, ETH is the most successful smart contract platform that owns the largest base of fans compared to other altcoins. The current market cap of Ethereum is over $200 Billions and the this will be more likely to increase in the long term. Can ETH be considered as the King of Altcoins ? What do you think ? Please let me know.

Looking at the last few years and also right now i would definitely say, that Ethereum is the king of all altcoins. As you say, you just need to look at the current marketcap of the cryptocurrency projects and it is already obvious that Ethereum is by far the biggest crypto project, besides Bitcoin itself of course. It's marketcap is more than 4 times higher than the one of Binance.
I also think that ETH is the king of altcoins for another reason. ETH was the project, that invented smart contracts, which was probably the biggest and most important thing that happened in the crypto space since it was invented. Without smart contracts we would not have Defi, NFT's, Tokens. Dexes and so on.
435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 12, 2023, 09:50:24 PM
The last games of the eighth finals in a few days. There are still a few games where the tension is full. One of those games is probably not Manchester City's game at home against RB Leipzig. Porto - Inter is a game where there is still a lot at stake, and Inter has built in only a marginal margin at the moment. Porto must certainly be considered to be able to put things in order in Portugal with this team. I expect a narrow victory for Porto, but it could also end in a goalless draw. Both are not candidates for the overall victory, but I think Inter is a dangerous outsider.

I agree, that if everything goes at least kind of the normal way, then Manchester City should be able to advance into the next round. That being said, at least for me personally it would not be a totally shocking surprise if RB Leipzig would make it into the next round. First of all RB Leipzig is in a pretty good shape right now and even though Manchester City have won their last game against Crystal Palace i kinda have the feeling as if ManCity is not as strong as in the last years. Maybe this could be a good thing though too, because in the last 3 years or so ManCity was always the big favorite to win the CL but they never were able to do it, maybe they can do it this year even though they seem to be not as strong as usual.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of project we shall look into to prepare for the next bull?? on: March 12, 2023, 09:45:44 PM
In my previous topic, what I'm wondering about is launching project during the bear market a good idea. Currently the market is so bearish that most of the investors are not taking much action. But we always have to be sensitive to the market to prepare for the next bull.
So, what kind of project will be more benefited in the next bull??

I agree with the statements of some people in this thread. A bear market is of course always a bad thing now matter how you turn it, at least if you were invested in cryptos before the market went down. Even if you have lost money by the falling prices, a bear market can still be at least partially a good thing, because it gives you the chance to invest into good and already established projects, that are usually way more expensive. I bought some Cosmos (Atom) a few months ago and now after the last dip i also bought some NEAR and some Osmosis, because i think all 3 of those projects are to big already to completely disappear but still have a chance for a x10 in the future.
437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 12, 2023, 01:48:49 PM
After PSG defeat to Bayern Munich, there have been many rumors that Messi, Mbappe, and Neymar are now planning to leave. Maybe because they always fail to win a trophy, even though PSG is filled with star players. Mbappe is starting to falter and feels the need to move if he is to fulfill his ambitions in the Champions League. An empty seat will be available for him if he is serious about leaving. Real Madrid is a club that continues to be targeted because Benzema is no longer young and his career may not last long in Madrid.
It would then be very interesting for Neymar to start having a Premier League club option and for Mbappe to try it out in La Liga with Madrid.

It really feels like the "big days" of Paris Saint Germain could come to and end after this season. I have read somewhere, that the sheikh has invested almost 900 Million € since he bought PSG and still they did not manage to win the Champions League trophy. They even were eliminated 4 times in the round of the last 16 already. So it think it is safe to say, that the plan of the sheikh did not work out at all. After this season Mbappe will probably leave the club. PSG wants to offer another contract to Messi, but according to news he does not want to stay there and they already wanted to sell Neymar before this season started.
Also i have read, that the current owners of PSG are also a favorite to take over Manchester United. If this would happen, then i don't think that they would continue to support PSG anymore.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 11, 2023, 10:27:38 PM
Schalke team managed to stop dortmund winning streak by forcing them into a draw today, dortmund team was better in general but the will of schalke players not to lose and avoid relegation is what made them comeback twice after being behind in the score, it was a good result for schalke but a bad one for dortmund because bayern team managed to get two points ahead of them after winning today against augsburg.

I agree that today Borussia Dortmund definitely was the better team and they would have deserved to win today, but today they just were not efficient and lucky enough. That being said, in those 11 games before, that they have all won, Borussia Dortmund had a lot of luck, because in those games they were not the better team all the time. In at least 4 or 5 matches they had a lot of luck to win the game in the end, when i think about the game in Mainz, the first match against Chelsea or the match against Frankfurt or Hoffenheim. It was only logical, that this luck would run out sooner or later and against Chelsea and today that was the case.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happening with USDC? on: March 11, 2023, 10:19:38 PM
Not really sure how all these stable coins work but how did a stable coin that is supposed to be equal to one US Dollar go down in price? Huh

As others in this thread have already said, it all has to do with the current happenings around that Silicon Valley Bank. Circle has now officially confirmed, that 3,3 Billion $ out of their 40 Billion $ total reserves were kept at that bank and that bank is nor bankrupt. Obviously some people become nervous when they hear such news and in this case i even think it could be a proper reaction to be afraid. Then once the first people begin to sell of all their USDC at the same time the price goes down a little and this then triggers the people there were nervous but have not sold yet and they sell then too and this is kind of a vicious circle.

Bochum team is suprisingly taking the lead against koln, after four consecutive losses without scoring goals bochum team finaly managed to score thanks to stoger penalty, the three points will be important if they manage to win since it will put them out of the relegation zone but it will be tough since koln team results have been terrible and they want to get as far away as possible from relegation spots so thanks to the high stakes of the game i think we will see more goals in the second half.

Bochum really managed to win this match in the end, which was a really surprising result for me. I mean obviously Köln is also not in a good shape at the moment and they did not have a single win in the last 3 matches before the game tonight, but Bochum had an even worse series than that with 5 losses in a row. Looking at the statistics of the match and especially at the expected goals it seems like the win for Bochum was also a deserved one. The bottom of the table is so close together now that it is really hard to predict which two teams will be relegated down. Even Schalke has realistic chances now again to stay in the first Bundesliga.
