Well, you didn't fork the Litecoin code base and apply necessary commits at GitHub. You downloaded it, modified and uploaded to GitHub. It makes difficult to track your changes. May be easier to fork either Litecoin or Feathercoin now and apply patches to make it Phoenixcoin. The genesis block and magic number are the same. It makes me wonder why you had those 20K blocks pre-mined over 11 days at near zero difficulty while you could put that 1M PXC into a single block. Of course, if you knew how to.
Well I guess your going to have to learn how to read code  Move ahead with your plans for the new domain etc, I will not turn anything over if you have anything to do with it. |

I sent the email as soon as the address was up on the exchange as you say emails don't get lost I will resend it now if you "lose it " again I will not be happy you have already threatened to send my coins last not you lose the email funny you can also look on page 1 of this thread as all the info is there and I will just be copying it into ann email and sending that to you

you have not refunded 60% of people as I have heard no reports of it happening and my email was one of the first sent to you so unless you are sticking to what you said by sending my coins last you are lying about sending in the order you received emails
I do not care what you have heard or not heard, and I do not see an email from you, and gmail does not "loose" emails. Unless your name is Nolo , Chris U, M Friexxx or Micka (first emails received in the first 2 hours) your mistaken. The order they are received and the coins requested depending on blockchains completed so far. All wallets were removed from the ISP server and that server data has been destroyed. In the cases where I have personal coins and the chain is not finished, I send from my personal. In other cases where I know who the person is, I went and bought some and will get mine back when chain is finished (just bought 40K RED) for that. Please send or "resend" your email. |

I dont get why you did all this work for nothing, with your vision you should be able to start where you left off later on.
Just RL issues right now, I need to take a break and sort them. The best option right now, was to close it and issue refunds. JohnCar knows whats going on, while he is not happy, he understands. |

I do not know, only time will tell, right now I have to deal with RL issues. The coin was never supposed to be our focus, worst thing we ever did was release that coin. If MaGNet or Joerii do want it, I will help them any way I can, there is some stuff in the code they need to watch for, even bushstar missed it when he coded the last fork, I had to go in and sort it before the release. |

My time on the computer is limited right now, but i have completed about 60% of the refund requests i have received.
I am currently doing more refunds now. They are being done in the order they are received.
PhenixEx will stay online with the database intact until the domain expires (end of April 2014)
That should be plenty of time for anyone that has coins there to see the notice and request a refund.
to be clear:
In order to get a refund, please send an email with your exchange username, your amount/currency and your wallet address to phenixexrefunds at gmail.com.
This is the only way to get a refund.
So please follow the instructions to get your refunds as soon as possible.
If you would be so kind to post in this thread when you received your coins, it could take away some of the unrest that's there among people who have not received them yet.

I am very sorry that it came to this. and i apoligize sincerely for that.
Due to circumstances in my private life I have neglected support for Phenixex.
Because my situation isn't going to change. I can't maintain developing for Phenixcoin and Phenixex.
I know we let alot of people down and I am deeply sorry for that.
I would also like to apoligize to John Car who had no way to resolve the deposit and withdrawl issues and felt very let down by my absence and everything that came out of that.
Further more I want to state that Magnet, Joerri, Nazawish and others that have been supporting Phenix are in no way to blame for this mess.
They have been really genuine in their support and efforts to make phenix a succes. They are let down the most and they didn't deserve that it ends like this.
Our intentions were sincere, believe it or not and we looked very much forward to making phenix a succes.
Sometimes life catches up in ways you don't expect and I am very sorry that people got caught in the middle.
I will resolve every issue that has risen and will make sure people will get their coins back.
Phenixex.com will be closed with a notification message on it.
On the site will be an e-mail adress where people can write to about how many coins they have stuck in the exchange.
They will get refunded as soon as possible.

i sended to Phenixex about 130k sexcoins... don't see them in transactions on exchange and on my balance. transaction absolutely valid in my wallet transaction was 13.09.2013 , 3,5 days have passed without any info and no coins back if not update is posted by wednesday this time i will be going to twitter and reddit to proclaim phenixex as scam

thanks there a few slight things you have missed out changing when you added the coins to trade against LTC if you look at some parts it still says its BTC lol its not a big deal but thort its best to tell you if you need me to list where they are just let me know thanks zack Ya thanks zack, I know about a few of them, I'm busy redoing the withdraw system. The BTC on LTC trades info is purely cosmetic, while it needs to fixed, withdraws are #1 priority right now. 99% of withdraws work just fine, its the 1% that is P***ing me off. I am sure there are a couple of other people felling the same way. M. |

So far I have had 0 issues at this exchange and I am very impressed with the speed of the deposits and withdrawls. Everyone should give this exchange a try, the developers are starting to win me over again.  Thanks the 200+ltc stuck is my first problem with then no reply from them on here or by pm hope they sort it soon luckily I had 250LTC on another exchange I could use instead Hey zack, Sorry, I am the only one that has that kind of access to server. How do i log into chat? All i get is a login box that says "Authentication failed". Do i use my site usename/pass or is this something i sign up for somewhere else? Nice looking site, very slick layout! UI has a Hollywood/Movie feel to it  You have to click on "Create account" in the top-left corner of the chatbox. Chat usernames are seperated from PhenixEx accounts. Cheers! lol thanks, thought that bit was a title for the chat box. The chat is not just for the exchange, it will be used across all our stuff. The accounts need to be separate, I need to make that more clear on the login page. M. |

Would love an API retrieval mechanism so I can get a list of all open orders on the exchange (and use those open orders to extrapolate a BTC price for my site at CoinChoose). Just saying Public API is now up https://api.phenixex.comM. |
