I can't sign in. There is a sign "Sorry, we can't find an account with that username"
so I need to register with the same username and you'll restore my account or I need to register with other username?
re-register with the same username please, if possible. I did but nothing happened after I clicked that I had an account before 12th of november.  >:(There is nothing fair in loosing more than 105 000 coins, 40 hens and obout 1000 egs with all apgrades are done, and much of missions completed ( the next was of a 10000coins rewared) (((((((((((((  As I already said, you have created an account during the alpha and beta testing and it was really difficult to set up the whole game and balance it. It resulted that a few members had over 100K or even more and basically the game was paying only them and it could be hardly fair. You should be grateful and not to complain because you are one of those who made lots of cash outs. You should also read carefully what our latest statement saying about accounts recovering. Could you tell me please When the recovery will be done as much more than 2 days past? |

When will be solved the problem with entering the game?

it is 5 days past since withdrawal request, and it is still written that "It seems you have recently requested this reward. Due of security reason, you have to wait for a security check to request this reward again. This process may take up to 72 hours."
could you tell when it'll be fixed?

Hello again,
I made the withdrawal request several days ago, and there were correction for the previose request and the coins for new request was wrote off too, but I didn't received the money. And in the rewards it says that I can make the new request (yesterday it was written that I could do new request after I recieve the paiment - but I didn't).
Is it some bug or what is wrong?

Why don't you do payouts?
it is a 3rd withdrawel request that is being paid for more than 5 days after it is being made ( last is more than 7 days). and it is always made buy some strange course.. you write that you'll pay 1$ for 6500coins, but it is always paid about 0.75$...
maybe because you are requesting payouts a few hours after you have received previous one. How is that affects on the payment? As it is written that we could make withdrowal reqwest every 24 hours and you don't pay them out for more than 1 week(even thou that you written here in chat that you'll make payments every 3-4 days? (last payment that I requested is almost 9 day is not being payed) Any free website won't pay you $1+ every day, get real. after 2 months of nothing (if you avarage the payouts you'll have other results, and if you count as you pay - it will be much less: now it is obout 3$ for 2.5 months)? and about payouts once again - not 1$ - it is 75 cents... and I'm not talking about every day which you wrote.. I'm talking about twice a week which is also your words.. Well, that's not true, is it? You have requested 14 times reward for 1000 Coins and 4 times for 6500 coins from 2017/06/01. read carefully - I was talking about 2 not 3 months as most of those requests that you wrote was at previose season.. and in this season, wich started at 2017/07/01 there was less than 3 dollars (3x 6500 and 1or 2 x 1000) |

so if you count it will be about 3750 (on the average for that 12 days that you shown) coins per day (and that started only after new market had opened: before that it was much less, and I spent more than 100 000coins(and as I said more than 1+ 1/2 months) for upgrades without withdrawel reqwests. So I think it's fare that I want to recoup the time that was spent on the game..

Payments are made twice per week, so usually 3 or 4 days... now 5(almost 6) days past since last payment reqwest was made... You write in the game that we can reqwest the withdraw every 24 hours, but the payouts are always more than 3-4 days (as I have 4 day request again and I don't want to ask for payout every 4-5 days).. so it looks like not more than 3 payouts per 2 weeks((((( could the payout period be shortened somehow? and 30000 reward is not active.. Also about "extra coins" it is absolutely useless as it was written before, you talled that there will be coins fore watching video and else, but now there are quizes that only time waste with no result( No, it's not. It's a free game and since this only income is from advertising, it's not possible to make huge income just from collecting eggs. This game is mostly in the Alpha stage because we are trying to optimize possible earnings, and since you are making over 6000 coins daily its kind of too much. I do much less than 6000 coins a day (usually even less than 3000), but to achieve that I didn't do any payots request for more than 1.5 month as I investted them in upgrades to request more payots now and recoup that 1,5 monhts of no income... |

I just want to let you know about upcoming changes during the next few days.
Research
The research will be extended and it will allow you to unlock Laboratory and Laboratory will allow you to unlock you Genetic Modifications. The research will also allow you to unlock more features in the game.
Egg Hunter
Unfortunately, Egg hunter will be completely removed from the game and won't be replaced because some smart ass find out how to hack this feature (users listed above).
Hen House
Maximum Hen House capacity (together) will be set to 35. It means you won't be able to collect more than 35 Eggs at the same time. Everyone who extended second Hen House above this limit should contact me in order to get a refund. Please provide a screenshot with a capacity of your second hen house, it will make my life a little bit easier.
User verification
We are now performing user verification because we have detected lots of cheaters recently. if you account will be suspended during this week, you will have one week to submit an appeal, if you don't your account will be permanently removed.
Rewards
In order to process all pending rewards claims and verify your legibility to claim a reward, we won't be accepting new request till end of this week. After that everything should continue as normal.

Wanted to ask when a problem with the henhouse upgrade will be solved? Only 35 of my hens lay eggs now, even thou that henhouse upgraded for 37(15+22).
