That's interesting as I thought that the team would like to help you get verified but for them to ban you doesn't look good in my book and maybe there is something more going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. I have read that some have been able to withdraw through Bitshares, maybe you could try that. I always take the comments of this "I got banned in their channel"-kind with a grain of salt, because someone could have stormed into their channel, start spamming and swearing and for those reasons they temporally ban him/her. Then they come here to whine about it. In any case, I haven't used Crypto-Bridge lately so I won't comment on their behavior. All of them are new account. |

kyc is the last attempt to get something to trade when they close their doors soon so if you are doing kyc
you can get your money out now but will get fucked later in real life

I used CB for some time, and made a loss on some withdraws, that did not complete. Had too much time consumption to contact them for completing my withdraws, and it appeared to me they had more trouble than they admitted.
After introducing KYC they have sent me a message, if I wanted to have my last withdraw, I had to acknoledge the KYC agreement. This was the final sign to me, that they need help, and my missing withdraws can be regarded as a donation to them.
It's a warning to all users of CB, nevertheless I wish them all the best.

really great readings guys  but when does your exchange change fees to normal level? I did several withdrawals for some coins and realised that your system takes a fee at almost 50% from the balance. What a really sophisticated trick to users to take half of balance as a fee. Explanation?  the same with TZC, RVN, DGB and others .... several tens % for fees. anybody else having problems with balances not showing up after the completion of orders?
bought some DOGE that don't show up on my balance even though the BTC are gone.
This is sync issue with Bitshares blockchain, choose others cryptobridge nodes. Your coin will show up. |

They have a stupid bug which is really annoying. When you want to cancel your open trade on BTC / altcoin market (other than BTS), system looks for BTS to cover cancellation fee.
Because of this, you cannot update your open order!!!
CB is running on bitshare blockchain, so you need pay fee to blockchain with every action. Better have some BTS when trade on CB. |

Cant withdwaw BTC. Exchange says compleet - but on BTC blockchain is noning in 18 hours...

6 months ago I put in stacking 6 BCO after 6 months I received 3,1 BCO Can somebody explain me this ridicolous joke?  I've put in stake much more and I didn't got 3.6 BCO. So you are lucky! You must pay staking fee, you should stake with large amount, i think more than 1000BCO. |

Yeah, I have the same "issue", maybe in the future the developers will add a "delete" button or something like this to get a clean balance. How about a donation button? If everyone who has a ton of crypto dust like the early BCO stakers could donate it back to CB, or maybe one of the bitcoin organizations, maybe something could come out of the dust.
