I will never prefer to receive salary in bitcoin as the price is not stable and every time if I have to spend them then I need to convert it to fiat and that doesn't really make any sense.
Maybe it is because your area store does not accept bitcoin for payment. I have heard that many regions accept customers to use bitcoin for payment. I think I would invest in both, btc and gold, but most of it in btc, because the current situation of the economy may bring positive changes for btc in a near future.

As a part of its promotional campaign, the company conducted two successful Bitcoin transactions from the earth’s surface to somewhere 20 and 34 kilometres up in the sky, respectively. 2FA will only make your account safe from third party hackers but it won't make you safe from the hands of the site operators, they can easily close your account and steal your coins anytime they want so i don't really trust online wallets
